+ We enjoyed our stay at this courtyard and would stay again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were always around when I was in and out all day.

+ Good location for seeing the sights around Da Lat. Staff were friendly and helpful. − Carpets in the hallways were disgusting. Absolutely filthy. The net curtains in the room could also do with replacing. Bed was too firm for a good nights sleep.

If you want something clean you might book elsewhere. + Large reception area and decent breakfast options. − Unfortunately the hotel is quite run down and needs proper renovation. The rooms we got were not that clean and very smellyt. One of the room smelled strongly like urine and smoke when we entered. So we had to notify the reception and they ordered a proper cleaning of the bathroom and gave us a scented diffuser to mask the smell.
