+ Отель на 3,5 звёзды. Опрятно, чисто, ничего лишнего. Всё необходимое предоставляется. Разрешили оставить вещи на ресепшене перед заселением и после выезда. − Немного душно в холле на ресепшене.

+ Vị trí thuận tiện − Đặt phòng 2 giường đôi( ghi rõ số tuổi,đc xác nhận,nhưng đến nhận phòng thì kêu chỉ free cho trẻ em dưới 6y,kêu phụ thu thêm,chả lẽ cất hết đồ rồi lại quay xe🙂

Enjoyable stay at a budget price + The family room that we booked was big enough for our 4pieces of large luggage. The split system aircon worked well and the TV worked. The bathroom exhaust worked, shower wasn't very hot, but was bearable, good taps. Not enough furniture though as the only table provided was less than 3 feet in diameter. What we did like the most was the hotel lobby's restaurant which cooked delicious meals at a cheap price for us, both for brunch and for very - late dinner, as not many places nearby to get food at this hotel's location. The kitchen staff were friendly and accomodating. − Needs more furniture to put things upon.

Overall, we are very disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of communication, and inadequate response during + Good location − The hotel staff were consistently rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful throughout our visit. The snacks in our room were placed directly next to the complimentary water, but we were never told they were chargeable, which was misleading. Our room was booked for four guests, yet housekeeping only provided three bath towels each night. The most concerning issue was when one of our friends had a serious allergic reaction and required urgent medical attention. We used Google Translate to explain it was an emergency and asked where the nearest hospital was, but the response from reception was slow and lacked any sense of urgency or concern. I do not recommend staying here.

Attention aux frais cachés.... + La taille de la chambre est correcte. La piscine dans l'hôtel est un plus. − La politique de l'hôtel par rapport aux consommations n'est pas honnête vis-à-vis des clients. Au moment de partir, on nous a demandé de régler les petites choses présentes dans la chambre. Alors qu'il n'y avait aucun écrit indiquant que c'est payant... D'habitude quand il n'y a aucune information, c'est que c'est offert en guise de bienvenue. Et lorsque c'est payant on nous le dit dès notre arrivée., et il y a une affiche posée sur la table. Procéder ainsi c'est prendre les gens en otage...

+ They were nice. I had a small problem with one of the tours they planned. But I would say that is just one incident. I dont want to rate the whole vacation based on this incident. Overall they did their best to accomadate everything. The staff and the food was good as well.

+ 地理位置很好，離峴港著名景點龍橋不遠，公共設施像是游泳池和桑拿等都非常不錯 − 因為靠近主要道路，部分房型即便是高樓層都會受到街道噪音(喇叭聲叫賣聲等)影響，幾乎24小時都會有聲音，甚至可能干擾睡眠，淺眠的人需要斟酌留意 部分房間的品質可能是使用年限較長，有出現裂痕、剝落等現象，供電系統有時會不穩，造成點燈閃爍等，大部分還不至於影響使用
