+ Antes de mais, quero explicar que este comentário se refere apenas à nossa segunda experiência, pois da primeira vez que ficamos, foi noutro quarto e ficamos muito satisfeitos. Este quarto não correspondia às fotografias, deveria ter sido um apartamento com um quarto e uma divisória em open space com sofá, mas não tinha sofá, apenas o quarto e a kitchenette, o que nos fez alguma diferença pois éramos uma família de 3 e achamos que pagamos mais do que o preço justo pelo espaço. Apesar disso, era um quarto com cama confortável e limpo numa boa localização e staff atencioso, embora não me tenham arranjado uma solução viável para a situação. É num segundo edifício e sugiro que ao reservarem, confirmem diretamente com o hotel que corresponde 100% ao que está no booking, pois são muito prestáveis e responsivos. + Tolle Unterkunft und toller Pool zum abkühlen. Gute Lage, man ist fußläufig relativ schnell am Strand aber auch bei Restaurants, etc. Überaus freundliches Personal und netter Aufenthalt. − Leider waren die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen und man hat jede einzelne Feder gespürt. Die Nacht war dementsprechend nicht wirklich erholsam… Toilette ist nur erreichbar, wenn man durch die Dusche geht. Im Grundsatz nichts schlechtes, allerdings wenn frisch geduscht wurde doch etwas störend.

+ The room was nice, big and it was comfortable. The facilities were nice and the pool looked very good. The staff was nice, I managed to leave my things there after check out. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it. − The air-conditioner was very loud so I couldn't sleep while it was on. In the morning I woke up because of the heat. And the plug didn't work next to the bed. But these were minor inconveniences that didn't impact my stay.

+ Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng thơm tho và được dọn dẹp rất kỹ. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần trung tâm nên di chuyển đến các địa điểm ăn uống và tham quan rất dễ dàng. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhìn chung gia đình mình rất hài lòng và sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp đến Đà Nẵng.
