Sehr gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage + Hervorragender Service, sehr schöne Zimmer und perfekte Lage zwischen der Altstadt(ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) und dem schönen Strand(ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Shuttle oder Taxi). Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher in dem Hotel gefühlt. Insgesamt waren wir 6 Nächte hier. Einmal haben wir vergessen den Safe zu schließen, wir wurden vom Management kontaktiert das kein Housekeeping deswegen gemacht werden kann. Ich bin ins Hotel zurück um zu checken ob alles noch da ist und den Safe zu schließen, es war alles da und nichts verschwunden. Ich finde so etwas wirklich einzigartig, das unterstreicht das Top Niveau des Hotels. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können jedem nur empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen. − nichts, alles auf einem sehr gutem Niveau

+ Overall it's a very nice hotel, the staff, for the most part, is very friendly and helpful. They offer nice services as well--the pool bar, spa, cinema, kids' room, etc. − Apparently they did a mistake and tried to charge us over someone else's spa, when clearly the room number and signature was not our. Then a staff member from the spa tried to convince me that it was me - although I have never used the spa. This is while we are checking out and the uber was waiting for us to take us to the airport. After waiting twenty minutes for the person in charge to check the CCTV, we were confirmed that it was not us. But the whole incident was unnecessary and shows that there is still room to improve.

Wellness facilities outshone general experience + Well located for the old town and shopping for souvenirs or Taylor’s Excellent wellness facilities - Gym, Spa, Cold Dip, red light therapy… − Location of pool and lack of Sunbeds for number of people staying at hotel. Pool area was crowded and we could not use.

Amazing Hoi An hotel stay from start to finish. + The Wafaifo hotel was absolutely fabulous. Our beautiful room had an outside terrace which was right beside the amazing swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice and they made fresh pancakes for me every morning. The staff were all so helpful and friendly.
