DIRTY and NOISY + 12 min walking distance to Old Town − Dirty and Noisy. The room was dirty, the walls were dirty the towels grey color not white. Old furniture. The only day the room was supposedly clean they even didn’t open the blinds that were closed from the night. The room was very noisy, the cleaning staff was loud on the corridor , you could hear the room upstairs when they walk in the room. I could not rest.The view was just houses rooftops. Rude lady at the reception. In the morning of my check out at 9am she shouted to me from the reception while I was walking“What time you leave today”. When you reach there they fill you with trips and restaurants rather than worrying about client experience. I personally don’t recommend this place. Are many hotels near old town

Friendly, helpful, great location and clean. + The staff are incredible, very friendly and helpful and always with a smile. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was also Easy access to the old town and attractions but far away enough not to be noisey. − There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Perfetto! + Posizione: appena fuori dal quartiere vecchio, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Pulizia, staff. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia.

Gutes Hotel nahe Altstadt + Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, super für unsere Familie. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll und Sue an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat uns gut beraten. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar und um die Ecke gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Shops. − Für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Hoi An würde ich ein Hotel etwas außerhalb "im Grünen" wählen. Das Uptown liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße und man hört den Verkehr, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel gut geeignet - und bei den heißen Temperaturen ist es eh besser, wenn man morgens früh loszieht. 😅

+ Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und verbreitet eine familiäre Atmosphäre bei der man sich als Gast sehr wohl fühlt. Gleich bei der Ankunft hat uns Sue eine detaillierte und informative Einführung sowie viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Hoi An gegeben.
