6 nights in Hoi An + Great location between the rice fields and the old town. Lovely buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Lots of staff who were always smiling and happy to help. Free bikes were brilliant. − Pool water was far too hot but we still used it a lot. Fridge didn't cool food/drink we kept in there

+ Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très joli et notre chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Après notre première nuit, il nous manquait un lit pour notre fille, qui a donc dormi sur le sofa. Mais dès que nous leur avons fait part de notre demande, un lit a été installé pour elle pour les deux nuits suivantes. Le personnel a toujours fait son maximum pour répondre à nos demandes et nous satisfaire. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, aussi bien le matin que le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur attention. Mais les vélos mis gratuitement à disposition sont un vrai plus : cela nous a notamment permis de nous rendre facilement à la plage d’An Bang. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était excellent : très copieux, très varié et avec beaucoup de choix. Nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et remercions toute l’équipe pour son accueil et sa gentille…

Excellent place to stay. + Wonderful boutique style hotel. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, lovely facilities and excellent service. We loved our stay here and would stay again. Location is a short grab away from all the main areas with plenty of around if you don’t want to go to far.

Excellent séjour nous recommandons cet hôtel + Bel hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux et sympathique − Un tout petit peu loin de la vieille ville pour ceux qui n’aiment pas marcher mais c’est ce qui permet aussi de se reposer

Comme à la maison, un bijou... + Le charme. La propreté, L'emplacement à 5mn de grab de la vieille ville. La piscine. Le petit déjeuner. Le personnel très attentif. Ils peuvent vous mettre à dispo un scooter à la réception, vous ne perdez pas de temps à aller vous enregistrer chez un loueur. 200.000 dong/ jour. La plage d' An Bang, à moins de 10mn de scooter. Très bel hotel 🤗🤗 − Nous n'avons pas beaucoup apprécié, les 10000kms qui nous séparent... Sinon nous reviendrions plusieurs fois par an dans cet établissement.

we enjoyed our stay , very aesthetically pleasing + Comfortable beds I slept well, gorgeous pool and gardens. Such lovely helpful staff. Close enough to everything, use of bikes was a bonus ! − rooms could have been serviced more timely , bathrooms could do with freshen up, perhaps frosted glass rather than curtain, looked a bit tired.

Very good stay + Tutto perfetto: camera ampia con balcone necessario per asciugare indumenti. Bellissima piscina per rinfrescarsi al rientro, suggerirei solo di organizzare meglio un servizio bar in piscina perché le volte che avremmo bevuto volentieri qualcosa non c’era nessuno a cui chiedere. − Per spostarsi è necessario taxi o Grab perché un po’ distante da tutto. Ci sono a disposizione le biciclette ma la strada è molto trafficata e di sera non è illuminata quindi non le abbiamo mai utilizzate.

Ддя Хойана , наверное, неплохое место. Но не более, чем на три дня. + Чисто - весьма относительно. Возможно, по местным меркам этого города это чисто, да. Бассейны. Их на самом деле два. И это удобно. Не дорогой отель. − Постель не сменили за две недели ни разу. Персонал «заглядывал» в косметику жены, особенно в коем Valmont. Ну Вы понимаете… Косметику (дорогую) закрывайте под замок, в остальном всё норм более-менее.

+ Wir wurden von Anfang an sehr freundlich und herzlich über die gesamte Dauer unseres Aufenthalts begleitet. Das ganze Team des Hotels scheint wie eine große Familie und arbeite sehr professionell. Als es in der Nacht im Nachbarhotel einen Stromausfall gab, wurde ein Notstromaggregat betrieben, welches sehr laut war. Schlaf nachab 5 Uhr war nicht mehr möglich. Uns wurde sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Ebenso gab es einen Obstteller obwohl unser Hotel nichts für die Unannehmlichkeit konnte. − Ich habe vor Ort angesprochen dass der Fitnessraum wieder etwas mehr gepflegt werden sollte. Die Geräte Schienen veraltet und nicht vollständig zu sein. Der Raum wird mit dem Schwesternhotel genutzt.
