Wonderyfl + We loved how bright and clean our room was. Our bed was so comfortable. The staff was amazing. Shout out to Nhung who helped us all throughout- with tips on how to get to Old Town, arranging activities, which tailor to go to, etc. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. While it was about a 10 minute ride to Old Town, it is close to the rice fields that you get to bicycle through if you book the cooking class that includes the market visit and bike ride. − Shower didn't have a door.

PARFAIT + TOUT. L'emplacement de l'hôtel, entre les plages et la vieille ville. Une navette gratuite est mise à disposition pour les 2 destinations à certains horaires. Au pire, avec un Grab pour pas cher du tout. Tout le personnel est adorable, bienveillant et serviable. Au niveau équipements, il y a tout ce qu il faut. Très très bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons dîné à 2 reprises, les plats étaient délicieux, à un prix raisonnable. Vraiment un excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet établissement, nous y reviendrons. − RIEN.

A beautiful hotel with a great pool and happy houw cocktails + The staff were great, especially the spa staff who let us shower there on the day we checked out − The hotel is a little outdated and I was expecting something a bit more modern/pristine from the photos. Also, one day the pool had too much chlorine in it and it bleached my daughter's bikini

You wont be disappointed + We loved Everything we changed from another hotel at short notice. We left very early in the morning for a flight and they even gave us a breakfast box to take. Girl at front of desk was the most helpful of our entire trip. I fully recommend this boutique hotel, you wont be disappointed. The Saga bar was also very good and a great setting. Rooms very clean and spacious. − Absolutely nothing.
