Sueprerb + The location the staff and the facilities. They had a washing machine and iron so I washed my clothes and ironed too. Staff was kind and very honest as I made an error and gave too much cash for the room and the lady gave back 500k VMD, that was very nice and true to what I have witnessed with Vietnamese people. − The location, the people were very sweet and charismatic: very near to beach and restaurants

Luxury and comfort in Da Nang + Our room was awesome. We booked the family suite which had kitchen and washing facilities, nog that you would cook surrounded by all the amazing food Vietnam had to offer, but being able to to wash clothes at the mix point of our trip was great. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Property is in. Good location also, only a block from the beach and not far from everything else. − Pool is a little small, but it is clean and scenic. Eating breakfast in the lobby was interesting. These are not complaints just recognition of their use of available space.

Great location and value for money! + Awesome location, real value for money and great service/staff! Minhh Tam really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and also went the extra mile in arranging our day trips for the sightseeing and activities. Highly recommended for couples and families! − Nothing much to dislike at all! Except that depending on where your room/balcony faces, there could be excessive noise and street food smell coming into your room!

+ My family and I were really looking forward to the dream suite (2 rooms). Unfortunately, we were not happy with some things: the rooms were on the second and sixth floors, which is not very good with children. The rooms were supposed to have a balcony, but that only meant a dark skylight. Breakfast is served - no buffet. There is a choice, but only one drink, small portions, etc. So we decided to leave the hotel after the first of three nights. Of course we pay for the first night. But the hotel wanted to pay for the second as compensation. They have nice and clean facilities, but I still strongly do not recommend it!!!

Superbe hôtel pratique + - L'emplacement, près des plages, des restaurants, commerces et du Dragon bridge - le personnel accueillant et aux petits soins - les chambres grandes, propres, confortables - le petit déjeuner à la carte et très bon - la piscine avec une superbe vue (prêt de serviettes) − Tout était parfait, peut-être un peu bruyant car notre suite donnait sur la rue

Estancia perfecta. + Es un hotel/apartamento, con todo lo que necesitas para estar super cómodo. Tiene lavadora, nevera grande, plancha..... Está bastante nuevo. Y si lo que quieres es tener la playa cerca la tienes al lado solo cruzar la carretera. − Por poner alguna pega, el desayuno te lo servían ellos lo que eligieras de la carta. No tenías buffet ni para el café nos quedamos con la duda si se podía repetir. La piscina estaba un poco sucía y el agua turbia. Allí se baña todo tipo de gente con traje baño (camiseta+pantalon), no quiero dar ideas. Las escaleras de la entreda si vienes con maletas que pesan.
