+ I stayed at this hotel several times and in three different rooms, and every stay was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good with enough variety, and the location is excellent. The hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the reception staff – the ladies at the front desk were always very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made me feel at home and were always ready to help with a smile.

Staff was great, but wouldn't stay again because of noise from children. AC is weak on high floors. + Staff was great and accommodating − I got a room on a high floor. The AC barely worked. The staff moved me to a lower floor and it was much better. Walls are thin and you can hear everything in the halls and other rooms. Kids were running around and banging doors until midnight. Staff did put a stop to it after complaints.

+ Khách sạn đi ra biển khoảng 400m. 11 tầng sạch sẽ. Nằm ở khu An Thượng đi lại cũng tiện. Giá phòng mùa cao điểm nên cũng không rẻ. Ăn sáng tạm ổn − KS tầm 3 sao thôi chứ không phải chuẩn 4 sao

+ Good location, spacious room − Very old albeit the room was decent. Did find a few roaches in the room. Shower pressure leaves a lot to be desired. The male receptionist needs more training on how to treat guests and has poor common sense. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC gets very cold so it was nice. Just be sure to ask for an extra card to place in the electricity slot or else power shuts off everytime you leave the room as they only issue one key card. The hallways are hot, dirty and muggy. Overall dont expect much as you definitely get what you pay for.

Piscine sur le toit comme quasi tous les hôtels de ce tarif. Personnel très accueillant, serviable et disponible. Échanges faciles via whatsapp. − Eau de la piscine trop chaude car sur le toit, mosaïque décollée par endroit.

Good can improved + Jennifer was amazing, she was very helpful. However, communication with the rest of the staff in English was really difficult even when using Google translator. The location was very good. Good options for breakfast we appreciate that they have poch eggs option and outs. The common areas and dinning room were general clean. − The towels smelled a lot to bleach. Our impression was that beds were hard. My partner had sore waists every morning and pillows need to be changed. The shower glasses had grime. I would recommend a deep clean as the glass is very cloudy. The pool tiles are falling down. The walls paint is falling down . Breakfast drinks is just coffee or black tea. They might have other options of tea . Also the omelette eggs is just with onions and capsicum, they might introduce other toppings .
