Disappointing + Good location − It’s nothing like you see in the pictures, terrible customer service. Smells. Aircon doesn’t work. No hot water you name it.

Perfect location and excellent service! + It’s a 4-star hotel with the a 5-star service! Location was 10/10, my bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was also decent. It’s a newly renovated hotel and really good value for the price. All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Vivian , Ryan, Duc Anh and all their chef. They even sent me off when I left. Will recommend to my family and friends and will definitely book the same hotel when I go back to Hanoi. Good job, guys! :) − None

Loved The Stay, Will Visit Again, Highly Recommended + Loved everything about the stay; the team led by Vivian was spot on with everything. Supported change in our situation with flexibly helping book an additional day when our cruise had to be cancelled, looked after us, were polite and keen to help in everything. The hotel itself is located at a stone’s throw from all the key Old Quarter places and we were so very well looked after by them. Got given recommendations and also kept getting checked on for any needs. Really happy to see Vivian and team loving what they do and be really good at it. Best staff + The staff Vivian and Ryan were exceptional and really are a wonderful asset to this hotel. They went out of their way to give us great information always with a wonderful smile, so helpful and courteous at all times. Upgraded us on arrival which was an unexpected extremely gracious surprise, we could not have been happier. The hotel is in a fantastic location and is a beutiful hotel we will stay there again when we come in February. − Nothing all was exceptional

− Not a 4-star hotel – very disappointing I had high expectations based on the hotel's 4-star rating, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete disappointment. Here are the main issues I experienced: 1. The lobby was dirty and unwelcoming. There were artificial flowers everywhere, which made the place feel outdated and tacky. 3. The bathroom had mold. 4. The minibar was a joke – the small bottles were dirty and some had already been opened. 5. The curtains were no longer white but a noticeable grey color. 6. Breakfast was okay, but don’t expect anything special. 7. The staff was okay. However, when I pointed out these issues, I felt real hostility. They didn’t want to hear any negative feedback and refused to accept my criticism. This is not what I expect from a 4-star hotel. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Good location, great staff, poor amenities, an ok stay if you're not expecting luxury + Good connecting rooms - very spacious Super friendly and helpful staff (both reception and breakfast) - helped us on every way possible, even after checking out! − This isn't a luxury hotel! Do not be fooled by the photos! Not good value for money The rooms are old and poorly maintained Cleanliness is not great We had almost no WiFi reception in the room Street noise is very strong, not enough noise isolation We had an issue with cigarette smell part of the time. Bathroom is old and not well maintained
