+ L accueil chaleureux, la chambre très calme au coeur du vieux quartier très animé de Ha Noi, la propreté de la chambre, de la salle de bain. L'une des hôtesses parle français ce qui est très pratique pour glaner des informations !

Tốt + Ngay chỗ trung tâm gần phố Tạ Hiện. Gần ngay Hồ Gươm và các phố khác. Vị trí đẹp − Không có lược và cafe gói, tivi hơi cũ ko dùng được. Theo e nên đầy đủ hơn để các du khách nước ngoài họ sẽ đánh giá cao

Lovely stay, very comfortable beds. Only downside is the 6 flights of stairs we had to carry our suitcases up. + The bed had a proper duvet and plenty of pillows − Both times we stayed here we were allocated the room on the 6th floor. This is 6 sets of narrow spiral staircases to carry our suitcases up.

+ Great location right in the middle of Old Quarter but couldn’t hear a single thing from outside. My room was massive and even had a bath tub! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

+ Installations très confortables pour le prix et le personnel est extrêmement agréable et aux petits soins. Je retourne régulièrement à Hanoï dans cet hôtel depuis 14 ans, car la qualité ne change pas, ce qui est rare.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis + Sehr gut gelegen mitten im Geschehen aber nicht zu laut. Großes Zimmer, mit bequemen Betten. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. − Etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber noch im Rahmen. Es gab keinen Aufzug und die Treppen sind nicht für große Koffer geeignet. Die Ohrstöpsel nicht vergessen!
