Molt bé + Hotel modern, agradable i amb un disseny preciós. L’habitació és molt còmoda i el llit, especialment confortable. És ideal allotjar-se en un hotel així sobretot després d'un vol tan llarg ja que era la nostra primera nit a Vietnam. Volem destacar també l’atenció del personal. Ens van permetre deixar les maletes tant a l’arribada com a la sortida, cosa que ens va anar molt bé. A més, vaig perdre el rellotge i no sabia si me l’havia deixat a l’oficina del bus o a l’hotel abans de marxar. Els vaig escriure per preguntar si l’havien trobat i, tot i que no l’havien vist, van tenir el gran detall de revisar les càmeres de seguretat per intentar esbrinar si me l’havia deixat allà. Un gest que valorem molt. En general, una estada molt agradable, en un hotel modern i cuidat, amb un personal atent i disposat a ajudar. Molt recomanable. − En arribar ens van informar que l’aire condicionat de la nostra habitació s'havia espatllat, entenem perfectament que és un imprevist important…

Oasis en el centro + Ubicación súper céntrica con habitaciones silenciosas. El personal maravilloso. Limpieza de habitaciones. Arquitectura. − Tiene críticas que las habitaciones son pequeñas pero no estoy de acuerdo. Estás en hanoi, en el centro. Puede ser pequeño si lo comparas con Europa pero cada milímetro está excelente aprovechado y parecen mas amplias. Gran trabajo de diseño.
