Noisy night + It’s very central in Hanoi − We didn’t sleep well there was a lot of noise from passing traffic and also from shouting in the street - the hotel could have moved us to one of the other rooms as they would have known this. Also I had a lot of communication saying our payment could not be processed when they had exactly the same details as all the other places we stayed at . There is also quite an odd odour throughout the hotel

I would absolutely stay again - once construction is over + Great location, beautiful rooms, friendly staff, comfy beds. − There was very loud construction while we were there. Noise started early with heavy construction started at 10 AM.

+ La ubicación y la cama muy cómoda. − Como aspecto negativo indicar que a la hora de hacer la reserva no recoge expresamente habitación sin ventana y considero que es imprescindible. No sé si es problema de booking o del hotel . Tiene que recoger si es habitación con o sin ventana.
