Great hotel location with amazing staff. + Our supposed 1night stay was extended as staff, particularly Ms. Sabi, was very accommodating and kind. Moreso, hotel location is mostly walking distance to most Old Quarter attractions. Breakfast by the way is very good as well. Keep it up guys!

Best stay at Hanoi! + We had 2 magnificent nights in Hanoi. The staff, receptionists were amazing. This hotel in the Old Quarter and that was a great choice. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. This was definitely 100% value for money.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Hanoi! + Overall very wonderful experience. The location is perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast is beyond expectations, very fresh and homemade style. The room is overall clean and quiet, very comfortable. The staff is the most precious part of this hotel, very considerate, polite and friendly. Will definitely come back to stay here if we revisit Hanoi

Specific fashionable hotels in Hanoi! + As Old quarters can span across a big area, this sat at the rim of it, is 3mins away from the old street, Hoan kiem lake, Church, is at slightly more quaint street, beautifully designed hotel, rooms and just very comfortable stay. Was at the Superior and it's fabulous size. Breakfast is a nice selection, cosy setting and does not feel wasteful. Perfect for travelers who support boutique sized operations, love a well designed room or space, comfort and on a thoughtful travel plan. Overall very fruitful trip & experience.

The best hotel location in Old Town! + The room, foods, and staffs in here is excellent. At first I just book 1 night but turn out I extend up to 3 night at this hotel because of it. Good job Lheritage Diamond hotel. Would come again if I visit Hanoi again.

Very good hotel with good facilities! + We enjoyed in this super hotel. Very friendly staff, good beds, nice spacious rooms, delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance of downtown yet away from the crowds. We would definitely come back here again and recommend to others.

Hospitality and professionalism of hotel staff! Power recommendation! + Very clean and comfortable. The staff are very professional and helpful, especially when organising the airport transfer car. The room were very clean and comfy, food was absolutely fantastic! I’m looking forward to returning for another relaxing getaway. A wonderful stay! + The staff was very courteous, efficient, and always service with a smile. As a senior woman traveling alone I felt most welcomed and safe. Morning breakfast was fresh and the two lady cooks very gracious. I highly recommend this hotel.

La colazione per me era più che soddisfacente (la servono al 9 piano con una vista sulla città fantastica).lo staff super accogliente e disponibili! Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il bagno e ci hanno cambiato subito la stanza − Per un 4 stelle devono migliorare un po’ tutto. Renderlo più lussuoso! Essendo in pieno centro si sentiva schiamazzi dalla strada fino a tardi ! Peccato…ma questo non dipende dall’organizzazione dell’hotel

Great Hotel + Loved this hotel! The rooms were great. The hotel is situated close to the city centre, but the location still felt peaceful! The breakfast was also very tasty! The service was excellent. James was a very helpful host! When I return to Hanoi, I will definitely be staying here again!

A quiet oasis in the bustling city + We had a wonderful time at this oasis of peace in the middle of the Old Quarter. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, with cosy beds and an excellent shower. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the entire staff always made us feel very welcome. Special thanks to James and Jenny who were so helpful! Would recommend and would stay here again.
