+ The hotel has great management and staff, all of the staff are fantastic. Beds are very comfortable, breakfast is alright, roof top was alright. Great location − Two Elephants in the room Nightclub next door, music with very heavy bass, you feel vibration in bed, and it starts late and ends in middle of night. The room design, the architect that compromised the toilet for a little shelf space, was mistaken. The toilet is just silly, even for small skinny person. + Dans l'ensemble, tout. La chambre était spacieuse, proche de la plage 5min à pied, restaurant à proximité. La vue depuis le rooftop est jolie. Accueil chaleureux et bienveillantes de la part des réceptionnistes et Bryan, ils répondent à nos demandent avec sympathie. Nous avons apprécié cette hôtel magnifique, nous aurions aimés prolongé notre séjour. − Le ménage mérite d'être plus minutieux, la salle de bain avait une odeur de remontée 🤷♀️ Et la tasse à thé utilisé n'a pas été remplacer et a été laissé dans notre chambre après leur passage du ménage.

+ Not much, apart from the staffs by the door that helped us with our luggages to the room and also out the hotel when we checked-out. − Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell, and our room was located right next to the fire exit and stairs, which were packed with unclean bedsheets. This not only looked unhygienic but also raised serious concerns about safety and access to the fire exit. The room itself was not particularly clean, and moth infested. The bedsheets were also stained, which made us uncomfortable from the moment we arrived. The facilities also fell short of expectations. The TV had very limited options, with almost everything only available in Vietnamese. The only service we could access was YouTube, but even that constantly lagged and difficult to watch.
