+ Расположение отличное - совсем рядом с хорошим пляжем, кофейнями, ресторанами с хорошими оценками. В соседнем здании супермаркет, рядом прачечная. Очень приличный завтрак, в азиатском стиле, но вкусно и с фруктами. − Меня поселили в номер без окон. Когда-то они там были, но их закрасили и заблокировали. А значит ни полотенце, ни купальник не будут сохнуть и запах химии после уборки так и будет с вами все время пребывания и он довольно сильный. Слив в душе работал довольно плохо и вода какое-то время стояла. Сантехника и мебель довольно "уставшие". Слышимость отличная и если вам, как и мне, не повезет и соседи будут гулять с детьми в коридоре, их визг будет отлично слышен. Бассейн малюсенький и около него нет даже шезлонгов.

Pathetic, worst hospitality. Rude staff + Location is good − Staff was rude. We arrived early and while waiting ask for water and were refused. Staff told us “no water until you check in”. First impression was bad and I wasn’t expecting any other good hospitality from this place. Housekeeping staff was rude. At check out they ask us to pay for spoons. Teaspoon was in other room we had, receptionist told me to go upstairs and find the spoons and return them. Housekeeping staff took my photo and said something to other staff in local language. 10 minutes later she shouted at me accusing stealing a Teaspoon. I told her we were using disposable spoons we had, and she again took photo of dish I used during the stay. This was so upsetting and I finally paid extra to get rid of the allegations they put on us. This was one of the worst hotel staff I encountered. Later, receptionist told me to give them 5 star review.

+ Sevilecek pek birşey yoktu. Konum iyi. O kadar − Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The air conditioning in the common areas was not working properly, and the room air conditioner constantly produced an unpleasant smell. The shower head was also faulty and kept coming off during use. Breakfast was extremely limited and below expectations. We tried it only on the first day and decided not to have it again for the rest of our stay. The hotel advertises a pool bar, however there was no bar service available, and there was no staff or attendant around the pool area either. Overall, there were simply too many issues during our stay, and the hotel did not meet the standards we expected.

Gewoon een redelijk hotel. Wel waar voor je geld en hele vriendelijke mensen + Vriendelijk personeel . Rooftop zwembad is prima. Mooi uitzicht op de zee en 1,90 meter diep. Goed ontbijt en een prettige sfeer. Ook niet zo heel erg druk toen wij er waren − Ik vond de airco niet voldoende. Het werd pas kouder na enkele uren. In het trappenhuis stond een keer een raam open en dat was levensgevaarlijk. Het zwembad is met kinderen levensgevaarlijk vanwege het ontbreken van een hek of wand.

+ The front desk staff can't communicate well in Inglesh − Since we're pty of 5 (all elderly) we rqsted for 1 rm to stay all together but instead they gave us 3rms with 2beds each, one of my friend don't want to stay alone in 1 rm, so we rqsted 1rm w/ 2beds & 1rm accomodated for 3persons, he declined my rqst. Ending we only got the 2rms. 1st rm(2 persons) the 2nd rm(3persons) & the 3rd rm is empty & still obliged to pay even though its empty.

Good stay in the beach area + Good buffet food. Good rooms and size, close location to beach, has parking for motor bikes. − There are no shelves in the shower to hang soap or shampoo. There are no plugs in the washroom to dry hair, only plugs in the bedroom. The fridge is warm and drinks inside don’t get cold even overnight. I informed staff but they just brushed me off as if it’s normal. I have stayed at least 7 hotels in my trip in Vietnam and all of them were somewhat cold. It is a bit outdated design. The view for our ocean view room was quite sad. It was blocked by the building in front, so we could see it in the corner view on the right between two buildings. Also the safe in the room is not working and is loose/moveable not bolted down, we informed staff on our way out to town they told us to come back and stay in the hotel and wait for them to come fix it. Which they could have done when we away from the hotel. We didn’t bother to use the safe and just locked it in our luggag…
