+ Really good location being right next the beach and staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. Thuong and Thuy were very professional with sorting out the rooms and follow ups on extra requests fulfilled and explained everything very clearly. The breakfast every morning from this place were great with so many varieties of cuisine. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for nice place in great location (right next to the beach), good breakfast and excellent staff whose are very professional.

Si estuviera limpio estaría muy bien + La ubicación − Estaba todo sucio . Los cristales de las ventanas muy sucios.Un montón de colillas en el borde de fuera de la ventana, los pasillos llenos de pelusas y basura. El asiento del WC hace falta lavarlo con legía. Está amarillo de no limpiarlo. Polvo de hace meses en los muebles

Da Nang beach stay + Location next to the beach is excellent. Air conditioning fantastic, well needed this time of year. Breakfast variety fantastic. We enjoyed the nice warm coffee, sugarfree, at breakfast. There are plentiful to do and eat within easy walking distance. The air-conditioned lobby served as a welcome relief from the extremely hot week we had. We had a very comfortable king size bed with an extra single 🛌. − Soundproofing in the rooms are not good, ask for earplugs at reception, or bring your own. The close proximity to the beach means lots of late night noise! The elevators get very busy during peak hours.

отель уютный, чистый, расположен на Ми Кхе, с современной набережной. + расположение идеальное, пляж чистый, номер просторный, кровати удобные, район для вечерних прогулок отличный, до моста дракона с ресторанами вдоль реки дошли за 20 минут. На набережной перед отелем отлично гулять, много ресторанов, тротуары широкие , чистые. Бассейн небольшой, но чистый. Убирались в номере хорошо, персонал очень быстро реагирует на все запросы. Завтраки вкусные, большой выбор, в том числе есть десерт, много фруктов, арбузы и питахайя шикарны. Отель поздравил с днем рождения сюрпризом из лепестков роз на кровати, красивым вкусным бенто-тортиком со свечкой, было очень приятно. − негде сушить вещи, если только в ванной на штанге для шторки, но женские купальники сохнут долго, приходится одевать влажный на следующий день. Сейф на батарейках, если часто пользоваться, то садятся. По звонку инженер сразу приходит меняет.

Tương đối hài lòng. + Vị trí của khách sạn rất thuận lợi, ngay trước bờ biển (đi qua đường là xuống bãi biển), gần các điểm ăn uống, và dễ dàng di chuyển đến các địa điểm khác. Nhân viên khách sạn dễ thương, thân thiện, sảnh sạch sẽ. Phòng khách sạn đã khá cũ, nhưng cũng tương đối ổn. Bữa sáng có rau salad tươi, có khá nhiều sự lựa totosn, tuy nhiên vị các món (trừ salad) cũng tạm tạm. − Nhà tắm và sữa tắm, dầu gội đầu dường như chưa xứng đáng chuẩn 4 sao; nên thay đổi loại sữa tắm và dầu gội tốt hơn xíu. Nhà tắm xây kiểu cũ, chỉ có một tấm màn che, nước dễ tràn ra ngoài; tiện nghi trong phòng tắm không có nhiều. Khăn tắm đã rất cũ, một vài khăn đã bắt đầu mục vải. Các món ăn bữa sáng cần được filled up thường xuyên.

Все хорошо, но надо проводить дополнительную работу с персоналом на ресепшен + Локация и номера , отличные − На мой вопрос о предоставление late check out, персонал не захотел мне помочь, просто ответил, что у них все занято, хотя на мой взгляд, можно было найти свободный номер на 3 часа за дополнительную плату
