Place to be in Hoi An! + - The personell is simply amazing! So kind and helpful with all requests (Tours, laundry…) - The hotel is very clean and modern - The breakfast is delicious! - The location is at a quite place, but still close to the old town (15min by foot, 5min by bicycle which are free) − - Everything was perfect, absolutely nothing to complain.

Stayed 4 days, wish it was 2 weeks+. + Breakfast was outstanding with Made to order items. Free bikes to ride. Pool area was always clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful with any suggestions. Will definitely stay here again. − Nothing

Amazing hotel in Hoi An + We LOVED this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, the breakfast plentiful and the swimming pool was the perfect place to relax in. The hotel has bikes that you can borrow for free and we cycled through the rice fields to An Bang beach. It is a 20 minute walk to the Old Town or you can easily jump in a Grab taxi. We booked a taxi via the hotel for our trip back to the airport and it was a really reasonable price. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

I would definitely recommend staying here! + Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. My favourite thing was the great selection of fresh fruit. The coffee was also very good, and they provided condensed milk and ice so you could make your own Vietnamese-style coffee. The service was superb—they arranged a car to pick us up when we arrived in Da Nang at 5:45 a.m. and also helped us with early check-in. The location is within walking distance of the Old Town, although it’s difficult to walk during the day because of the heat. There’s also a lovely, clean swimming pool, which is 800 m², so you can actually swim if you like. We also took a tour to My Son Sanctuary recommended by the hotel and really enjoyed it. The local guide was very knowledgeable, and it was a small group of just 13 people. − If I’m being nitpicky, the hair dryer was a little old-fashioned and took ages to dry my hair—but that’s just a…

Incredible 10/10 highly recommend! Best location and amazing staff! + Phenomenal location, incredible and kind staff that went above and beyond for our comfort. They took care of everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast was delicious and they made sure everything was cooked fresh to order like eggs and pancakes. The food itself was so cheap but so good! This hotel says it’s 4 stars but genuinely the service from staff make it 5. We had a room with a bad aircon and they changed our room to keep us comfortable. They booked our tours with the best companies for us, and all our transportation was done through them. We just let them know anything we wanted to do/go and they handled it all for us - it was so smooth and easy. Thank you for making our trip so memorable. − Everything was amazing there’s nothing bad to say.

The best hotel in the best location! + This hotel is amazing! The rooms were very spacious with a good working air con that is much appreciated after walking around in the heat. The beds were super comfy with nice fluffy pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was by far the best we had in Vietnam so much to choose from. + מלון אחד הטובים בויאטנם. צוות קשוב ועוזר בכל דבר. שודרגנו לחדר עם מרפסת מעט רחוק מהעיר העתיקה אבל יש את כל האופציות להתנייד בקלות כמו אופניים חינם וגראב בעלות סימלית . אזור שקט ניתן לישון עד שעות מאוחרות בשקט מיטות נוחות מאוד, חדר גדול, תאורה טובה, מקלחת מרווחת מסעדה עם מגוון גדול של מנות. הצוות הציע לנו פנקייקים חינם בכל בוקר מפני שלא היינו קמים לארוחת בוקר דבר שאין באף מלון אפילו במלונות 5 כוכבים יוקרתיים. מנקים את החדר כל יום בשעה שנוח לכם ומחדשים את בקבוקי המים הקפה והתה חינם בכל יום. מאוור תיקרה בנוסף למזגן מה שנותן לווסת את האויר בחדר יותר טוב. טלויזיה עם מלא ערוצים כולל ערוצים באנגלית יוטיוב וכו . − הטלויזיה קטנה ביחס לחדר מקרר המיני בר קטן ולא מקרר מספיק חזק

We will come back again + The Golden Holliday hotel in Hoi An we stayed during our holliday was awesome, clean room, big soace good for family. Beutiful interior and nice atmosphere at the lobby. Food is delicious and lots of varities and choices of foods. The staff are very helpfull, courteous, respectull and smile all the time. Highly recomend
