+ Everything was perfect, we were lucky to have an upgraded room with a nice bathroom and view of the swimming pool. Breakfast was good. The staff is very nice. Thank you for everything!

Amazing hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. + The staff were incredibly friendly and facilities were amazing. − Not the hotels fault by any means but we had a rather unpleasant experience with the coconut boat tour that we booked through the hotels front desk. I would urge people to do some research and book elsewhere.

Stay was ok ..Need bigger cups in the room also no tissues . No hair cond.. to far from old town + Not much − Breakfast was always cold. Not enough variety

Good value. Friendly staff + The rooms met expectations. Nothing fancy but good value and location was decent. The staff are very friendly and helpful − The location isn't ideal. You'd still need to book a car especially during the hot days. But it's still not too bad.

+ Das Personal war nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch extrem hilfsbereit und zuvor kommend. Wir durften für den Abreisetag noch bis abends unser Gepäck dort unterbringen und den Pool nutzen. Das Frühstück war das beste was wir hier je in einem Hotel hatten!

Un soggiorno meraviglioso a Hoi An + Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel e lo consiglio assolutamente. La struttura è bellissima, curata e accogliente, ma ciò che ho apprezzato di più è stato lo staff, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto ad aiutarmi con qualsiasi necessità. La colazione è stata ottima, con una buona varietà di scelta e tutto molto fresco e curato. Un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata! Anche la posizione è, secondo me, uno dei grandi punti di forza dell’hotel. È abbastanza vicino alla Old Town da poter raggiungere facilmente il centro e godersi la città, ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos della zona più turistica e affollata. Ho apprezzato moltissimo poter passeggiare nei dintorni e scoprire ristoranti, negozi e piccoli servizi più locali e autentici, vivendo così anche una parte di Hoi An più genuina. È stato davvero il perfetto equilibrio tra comodità, tranquillità e autenticità. Se dovessi tornare a Hoi An, sceglierei sicuramente…
