Unique looking hotel! Good stay in a central location perfect for the beach. + The views from our room were spectacular. Great location, the beach is on the doorstep. The staff were friendly and welcoming they brought our bags up to the room. I loved the look of this hotel. The rooftop pool was just incredible and we could get BBC news on the TV in our room 😊 − We used the hotel laundry service, we knew it might be slightly more expensive than taking it to a local launderette, but weren't expecting it to be £12 for a small bag! Make sure you pre-agree a price before handing it over. There was a mini bar in the room.but the drinks were not complementary. We ran out of shower gel, toilet roll and hand wash so left a note to cleaners for a top up, which they did.

Can’t wait to stay here again for future trips and Ironman DaNang 2027. + If you are traveling for Ironman or Ironman 70.3, this is the best location because of how close it is to the athletes village. The staff were amazing through and through from the bellman, front desk, housekeeping and F&B. Everyone spoke some level of English which was helpful and those who didn’t found someone to help. The Owner and GM should be extremely happy and proud with the level of hospitality training at this property. − That I didn’t have more time to enjoy the property as I was here for Ironman DaNang.

We were one of the few westerners, a lot of Koreans. Prob wouldn’t go there again. There was a lot of festivities and th + Modern hotel, air conditioned restaurant on ground floor. Cold pool on rooftop. Fast elevator to the 21st floor. Air conditioning in room was great. − Staff lacked a bit of personality. Breakfast was not enjoyable- felt like they were skimping. Bed was a little hard. No hot water.

Ottimo soggiorno in Da Nang + Camere essenziali ma molto curate, così come tutti gli spazi comuni − L’unica piccola nota negativa riguarda la colazione: la scelta di prodotti dolci potrebbe essere più ampia. Sarebbe gradita una maggiore varietà, ad esempio con pancake, waffle o altri dolci, per rendere l’esperienza ancora più completa.

Social media reception + Location − This is the first hotel in Vietnam where we did not receive any help with our luggage when we arrived at the entrance, and there were no welcome drinks either. The doorman simply said, "Get in," with a grumpy expression. The reception is on the second floor. When we arrived there, there were two desks with four receptionists/staff members, all looking at their phones. I stood there patiently for almost a minute before one of them finally looked up and asked, "What do you want?" (What could someone possibly want at a hotel reception while carrying two large backpacks and a smaller one? To talk about the weather, maybe?) An hour or two after we checked in, I received a WhatsApp message from the reception asking about our plans, offering suggestions, and providing assistance with transportation if needed. Receiving such a message is quite normal in my experience. The only difference was the excessive use of emojis and even a sticker of a bunny with a h…

Pour 2 ou 3 nuits c est ok + L accueil est parfait, le personnel très gentil. Le lit est tres confortable. Cgambre calme dans le sens où on n entend pas les voisins. Equipements de qualité. Je me suis loupée sur l emplacement trop bruyant. Mais ce n est pas du fait de l hôtel. Piscine vraiment agréable. − Je n'ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner Pas adapté du tout aux européens habitués aux vienoiseries ou au pain par exemple. Pain de mie bas de gamme, croissants au goût de beurre rance, immangeable. Pléthore de produits pour clientèle asiatique. Doute sur la qualité des produits tout de même. Mais, beaucoup de choix ! Les toilettes et douche sont dans renfoncement sans séparation avec la chambre, et la porte des toilettes ne va pas jusqu en haut du mur. Ca peut être un peu gênant.

+ Хороший отель. Расположение отличное, море через дорогу. Номер хороший, чистый, халаты шелковые и шлепки для пляжа, что очень удобно. Так же для пляжа выдают полотенца на выходе из отеля. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн и бар. Завтраки хорошие

+ Locatie is perfect. Heel mooi uitzicht vanuit het mooie zwembad op de 21e etage. Mooie kamer. − Het was heel warm op de gangen en in de lift. Ontbijtzaal was best rumoerig.
