Good, pleasant, understanding staff. + Good staff, understanding. Location very central. Easy to get taxi pick up. Rooms nice, simple, clean - as per Ibis. Good bathroom and shower. − Unpleasant entrance, lots of smokers. Breakfast buffet. Had a look and thought, skip it. Chaotic. A hotel predominantly for Russian guests, which is fine. Perhaps my overall view is clouded by thinking Nha Trang would be a bit more peaceful. Incredibly busy place

There are much better options nearby in the same location! + 1. AC does not go any lower than 23 °C. They claimed all rooms are like this because if it goes lower, then water apparently drips through the vents. I requested a refund (through the OTA I booked) for remaining nights so I could change hotels. But the hotel when contacted by the OTA, flat out denied my request. They (hotel mgnt) than called me the next morning to try and make up for it with comp breakfast and a 15 min foot massage. Both of which are not beneficial to me as I don't like foot massages and I don't eat breakfast. Plus neither are going to help with the level of comfort in the room. 2. The floor in my room, felt like it had not been cleaned/mopped properly. So I did not walk in my bare feet. Nor did the desktop seem totally clean and wiped down. 3. I had an empty ice bucket with light garbage in it outside my room. When they delivered a second bucket of ice, they didn't even remove the old one. It was still ou…

+ 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 웬만한 마사지샵, 맛집, 해변 도보 10분 이내 있고 호텔 1층에 규모가 꽤 괜찮은 마트가 있어서 편리하게 이용했습니다. 로비가 늘 에어컨이 켜져 있고 시원해서 로비에서 쉬는 사람들도 많았습니다. 매일 수건교체, 물 새로 넣어줘서 더운 날씨에 도움이 되었습니다. 엘레베이터도 4대 있어서 빨리 오는 편입니다. − 호텔 수영장에 그늘이 넉넉하지 않습니다. 수영장 이용 시간이 오전 9시에서 오후 6시까지로 짧다고 느꼈습니다. 방에서 옆 호텔 수영장이 내려다보였는데 옆의 호텔은 해가 지고 나서도 수영이 가능하더라구요.
