ART NEST HOTEL Hha Trang + Clean rooms, good kitchen, friendly staff, nice service. Lifts are a bit of trouble and need better service. No towels for the beach but to rent only.

− Ужасный сервис. Прожила в отеле 11 дней — за всё время номер убрали всего два раза, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу, хотя я отдельно просила об этом. На ресепшене сотрудники не понимают ни английского, ни русского, из-за чего любые вопросы решаются с трудом. Отдельно — ситуация с ранним выездом: заранее заказала завтрак на 7:00, сотрудница ресепшена дважды подтвердила. В итоге уехала без завтрака - его не сделали! Не рекомендую это место, если не хотите испортить себе отдых. Terrible service. I stayed at the hotel for 11 days — the room was cleaned only twice, the bed linen was not changed even once, although I asked for it separately. At the reception, the staff does not understand either English or Russian, which is why any issues are difficult to resolve. Separately, the situation with early check—out: I ordered breakfast in advance at 7:00, the receptionist confirmed it twice. As a result, I left without breakfast – of course, it wasn't done!!! I don't recommend this…

+ Красивый отель, приветливый персонал, хороший массаж. − Очень странная планировка номеров: выходя из душа, человек оказывается практически посреди номера. Нормально для пар, и то не всем понравится. А если путешествуют мама с сыном или папа с дочкой, то прямо очень неудобно будет.

В целом отель очень хороший + Хорошие завтраки, расположение супер, современные номера − Несколько дней напоминали на ресепшене, чтобы произвели уборку и поставили воду

+ We have been to NHA TRANG every year for the last 4 years and stayed in a different hotel each time, we have now found the best hotel (ART NEST)and will be booking our 2027 stay here. Our stay here was without a doubt the best we have experienced. It stared as soon as we got to the front doors, we were welcomed by PHUC KHOA the bell man , again without any doubt the best hotel employee we have come across , nothing was to much trouble and always a smiling face, not forgetting he spoke perfect English. We then proceed to the check-in desk where we were greeted by NGOC again a welcoming smile. Check-in completed PHUC KHOA showed us to our room. The room was big,clean and on the side a welcome note and a basket of fruits , we were then shown how everything worked tv etcetera. The hotel is in a great location for the beach, restaurants,bars and shops. The hotel swimming pool ,terrace and dining area were also great. We stayed here for 33 wonderful nights and wouldn't hesitate to recomm…

+ Прекрасный отель с вкусными завтраками. Расположение самый центр, все необходимое рядом. Поздравили с Днем Рождения, очень приятно − Мягкая мебель была немного в пятнах.
