I wouldn't recommend this hotel + I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We have been from Hanoi through to Ho Chi Minh, staying in many hotels and this was by far the worst. The rooms were small and badly laid out, although they were spotlessly clean and the bed's were comfortable. The male staff member in the rooftop bar had absolutely terrible customer service. He would just ignore you at times, get your order wrong at other times and he took forever to pour a drink. He was so frustrating we stopped going despite the pleasant setting. The restaurant food ordered from this bar was very average. The buffet breakfast was adequate, and the staff here were good. The reception staff seemed to speak very little English, despite being listed as an English speaking hotel. I therefore found the checking in and out process rather arduous due to the language barrier. We arrived an hour after check-in time and still had to wait a bit for our room to be ready and there were only hard wooden seats …

+ This hotel is nice, but wouldn’t stay here again. The location isn’t really in the best spot, it’s close enough but not a good spot for easy access to everything. The value was probably the worst of our hotels through Vietnam. Very expensive for what you get. Staff were not very friendly unfortunately. Hotel bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor.

50/50 + So everything was so close to the accommodation so thats a bonus. Staff were understanding and very accommodating to when we wanted the same room that we saw on booking.. − The rooms were so small, lift has no air-conditioning in it so very hot.. the gym was half equipped with gym equipment and half was missing which was disappointing..

God beliggenhed venligt personale kan stærkt anbefales + Meget venlig og professionelt personale. Morgenmad var worldclass. Vi spiste ofte på hotellet fordi vi vidste det var lækkert mad. Rooftop var så lækkert. Værelserne var super fine. Vi glæder os til at komme tilbage om 10 dage. − Der var ikke noget jeg ikke kunne lide.
