Fantastic hotel, great location, amazing food! + Location was fantastic. Quiet street within easy walking distance to major attractions. We ate at the restaurant several times and ordered room service, and all food was excellent. I would stay here again.

+ Месторасположение удачное - в пешей доступности от пешеходной улицы и набережной. Персонал старательный и услужливый. Завтраки замечательные. Можно выбирать как местную так и европейскую кухню. В номере все есть. Бассейн на крыше был очень к месту после прогулки по жаркому городу. − Очень активный освежитель воздуха в лифте. Это если придраться.

Signature touch in the heart of Saigon. + Room was very comfortable. The complimentary nuts and dried fruits were top. Staff were exceptionally supportive and kind. Pool is great for swimming. − There were no umbrellas and shady places on the roof top.

+ I stayed for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable and made everything so convenient. The staff were professional, respectful, and always willing to help. One thing that really impressed me was their honesty and attention to guests’ belongings. I accidentally left my safety box open with my valuables inside. When I returned, I noticed that housekeeping had not cleaned the room. Shortly after, the housekeeping staff and their supervisor came to explain that they had seen the safety box open and chose not to enter or clean the room to ensure my belongings remained secure. Once they informed me, they returned to clean the room. I thought this was an incredible gesture and a true reflection of their integrity. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. If I return to the city, I would definitely stay here again. − The only areas for improvement would be the breakfast variety and the elevators. The breakfast was good, but I believe a wider sele…

It is a relaxing place to come back to in this chaotic city. + Love the pool and the fitness center. Great hospitality from all the staff members. The front desk manager was exceptionally nice in offering us a late-check-out as we had an 8 PM train to catch. Would definitely want to come back.

+ L'accueil s'est très bien passé, la chambre était propre et la literie confortable. − Le check out a été un peu plus compliqué. Peut être le personnel était débordé mais pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, nous nous attendions à des services meilleurs. Personne pour vous tenir la porte alors que nous sortions très chargé, puisque personne n'est venu nous aider à descendre nos bagages alors que nous l'avions demandé. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels d'ho chi minh et avions été déçu par celui ci. Il fut le plus cher, et nos attentes n'ont pas été complètement comblées. L'expérience client doit se vivre jusqu'à la fin, pas seulement lors de l'arrivée. C'est dommage puisque c'est le dernier souvenir que nous garderons de notre séjour.

Lovely Hotel with an Amazing Breakfast! + Breakfast was Superb and set on in The Shipyard on mezzanine floor above the lobby. Amazing choice of food and all lovely and the staff are great very friendly. Great Location and nice quiet rooms. Had a great stay! − The bar looks very dull by the lobby.

+ Highly recommended! I had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at this hotel in Saigon. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the city and visiting tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious as well. What I appreciated most was the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff, especially the receptionists. During my stay, I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at a restaurant in the city and was cheated. When I told the reception staff about what had happened, they were genuinely concerned, listened to me, and did their best to help. Their kindness and support meant a lot to me during a difficult moment. A special thank you to Johnny 😊 I sincerely appreciate your kindness and help. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon!
