Bad experience − They change my room i book room with mountain and pool view but on my arrival they said because i arrive late on same day that i booked they hold me a room with no view and on the lower floor the CEO dylan said they will change my room next day when i ask for compensation dylan said all the rooms are the same price and they will not give me anything in return but when you book through booking.com you pay extra for the view that was bad experience i will not recommended

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Hotel bietet einen herforegneden Komfort die Aussicht ist super und der Infinitypo + Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage in SaPa, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Dir Zimmer sind groß und schick eingerichtet.

Hôtel avec des chambres très spacieuses, très bien équipé et très bien situé. + Chambre familiale très spacieuse (2 chambres communicantes), très propre avec 2 grandes SDB. Extrêmement bien placé, en plein cœur de l’animation de Sapa. 2 magnifiques piscines. Celle d’extérieur bénéficie d’une vue super sur le mont Fansipan. Celle à l’intérieur est chauffée et permet de se détendre quand en extérieur il n’y a pas assez de soleil. Très bon petit déjeuner, avec beaucoup de choix. − L’isolation de la porte : beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs très tôt le matin.
