Perfekte Unterkunft für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt in Sapa! + Kurz gesagt das ist das Hotel, welches ich jedem empfehlen kann für einen Sapa Aufenthalt! Schön ruhige Lage und trotzdem in 2 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Die zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, die Betten bequem und alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Das Frühstück, welxhes in der Skybar eingenommen wird ist auch sehr gut! Frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte, viel Obstauswahl usw. − Es war alles super

Volveria al mismo hotel si volviera a Sapa! + Todo el personal han sido increiblemente atentos. Pero quiero destacar la amabilidad de Chau (Guess Relation Officer) y la gran ayuda que nos ha brindado en todo momento desde que llegamos a Sapa. Tanto para los tours, traslados… todo. Muy muy amable. Además la localización del hotel es perfecta. Las vistas inmejorables. Desayunar con esas vistas es la mejor manera de empezar el dia. Gracias por todo! − Todo fue perfecto!

سيتم توصية أي شخص يذهب الى سابا بفندق هورايزن + الموقع جميل جداً ذو إطلالة فاخرة و الخدمة رائعة وكذلك الموظفون ذو أخلاق عالية جداً و أخص بالذكر الموظف wendy قمة في الأدب و الاحترام وساعدتني في معرفة الاماكن الحلال من مطاعم وسوبر ماركت وكذلك وقت الافطار عند سؤال الموظفات عن الطعام الحلال يبينون لي ذلك..شكراً فندق هورايزن و شكراً wendy فعلاً فندق يستحق 5 نجوم − كل ما في الفندق جميل

+ Staff and location was perfect, family room was clean − It couldn't be 5 stars, but I think all sapa hotels can not be 5 stars, it's small motel like apartment, no swimming pool, limited food varieties

The best experience we have in our holiday here in Sapa. + I highly recommend this hotel, we got more than we expected, the staff are all friendly and accommodating, the breakfast food is sumptuous and generous. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Centrally located and near all amenities. Will definitely stay here again if we do visit Sapa again.

A special thanks to Chau and Lisa, who were extremely supportive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
