− There are lizards in the rooms and throughout the hotel, and the cleanliness is poor. The sea where the hotel is located is bad. It's also far from nice beaches.We had to leave the hotel, and we didn't get a refund.

Think twice before booking. + Great location. − Extremely run down . mosquito infested. the pool is falling apart. a snake come threw the drain in our room wtf.

great choice for a hotel on the beach and close to night market . + Great location right on the beach and close to bus stops , not far from night market . When we arrived we requested a softer bed as most beds in Vietnam are quite hard , they put a soft topper on the mattress and this was excellent . Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was also very good . Pool was quite large and very clean and quiet .

Cozy hotel in an oasis, for a quite vacation, with a relatively big pool + Nice cosy area with bungalows. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The pool is nice and big enough. Great beach, good for kids and deep enough to swim. Very good location with close access to good restaurants. Less good: air-conditioning not working in all houses same good, smell of canalisation when getting out of the hotel. The pool needs some renovation (mosaics fall off in some places).

+ Vänlig personal och fina solnedgångar vid stranden. − Vi hade oturen att havet var grumligt, inte som sand som virvlar runt utan det kändes smutsigt. Vi hängde desto mer vid poolen som var okej men i behov av uppfräschning (lösa kakelplattor osv). Frukosten lämnade en del att önska och efter ett par dagar hade man tröttnat på utbudet. Skulle rekommendera att vara försiktig med buffén och äggstationen då bakterier lätt frodas i värmen och kan ge lite tråkiga bieffekter..

Enjoyed the beachfront bungalow view. Very peaceful. + The staff were lovely, and helpful. Location was great, close to many eating choices. Good choice for breakfast. − Unfortunately the pool was being renovated so unable to be used.

Accommodation within easy walk to main street + We felt so happy arriving here as finally there was English spoken. We stayed in an older room, but it was cleaned daily and new towels daily. Pool towels supplied. There was a nice sitting area for each unit. The accommodation has one big pool. It is clean and a good size, but seriously in need of some love (broken tiles, stairs that wobble as you climb out, etc). The area also faces the ocean which is so derful. Often the water was a brown colour, but a beautiful temperature and easy to swim in with no waves. There are sunbeds supplied, and a massage hut. Breakfast is plentiful. The Orange Resort is a short walk to the main street that has some lovely and varied restaurants, juice and coffee cafes, spas, massage places and a few shops. King Kong Supermarket is 2km away, and the Night Market is about 15 minute walk away. It is easy walking on the main street. There are many, many Russians in the area and the shops are set up to ca…

Location great but Expected more + Amazing location. Good breakfast variety Staff were helpful − A little dated. Tiles falling off. Shower door no handle to pull open from the inside. Springs popping up in mattress. Safe no working. Very small things but after we paid more per night than the last 2 bedroom apartment in Vietnam I expected more. Was also hit with a extra 1million vnd fee as my eldest daughter turned 12 years old since booking

Poor value for money compared to other hotels + The staff were lovely. Very friendly − It is very dated and needs work. We paid a premium for a beach front bungalow that was old, had an ant infestation and no hot water for two days.
