Runaway + Like shit − The name on the booking must match the name on your passport; otherwise, the front desk will issue a new order. Even though you've already paid by card, you're being asked to pay again on-site, and then wait for the hotel to refund you. This is extremely unreasonable and foolish. Only two bottles of water were provided for a three-day stay, and breakfast was extremely basic.

+ What an amazing stay! Our ocean-view room had the most beautiful views of the sunrise, sunset, and the endless ocean. Everything was perfect—the pool, breakfast, location, and service. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. As we were travelling with our young child, they kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. We loved every moment and honestly didn't want to leave. If we get the chance, we would love to stay in the same room again. Highly recommended!

+ Hotel was clean , modern , spacious and the service was excellent . Breakfast was an absolutely bonus aswell ( delicious). Our room would probably fit a whole family in it , almost executive size . Walking distance to d night market and food. Everything was conveniently at the doorstep . Thank you for a memorable stay .

Tolle Möglichkeit zentral ein paar Tage zu verbringen + Tolles Hotel mit zentraler Lage und einigen Annehmlichkeiten. Personal und Ausstattung haben einen guten Beitrag geleistet damit einem die Zeit so angenehm wie möglich gemacht wird. − Keine Mängel wenn man das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis betrachtet. Man bekommt viel für sein Geld.

A good place to stay in central Phu Quoc + The staff were very good. Breakfast had a great selection. The pool is nice & protected from the weather. Airport shuttle bus service. − The property is tired. Particularly compared to other M Hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were a lot smaller than the photos suggested, particularly the Rooftop Ocean View Suite. The gym needs a bike.
