A brilliant and luxurious resort experience that provided the ultimate family getaway. + Everything was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families with kids + -very close to all attractions -provides transports to vinwonders and safari -breakfast was huge selection -good money exchange rates -nice facilities like public pool, kids club - staff very helpful, provides guidance whenever needed - golf cars takes u everywhere around − - huge villa with big kitchen but nothing inside the kitchen no plates, knifes, cups, nothing - stove but not allowed to use unless pots to be rented from hotel - private pool is not private at all, adjacent villas are all visible

+ The room is big.The house is big.Everything looked like palace − The hotel is big but. The devil is not quality. The chair is broken. The furniture of the house looked like not quality. The staff need to speak English. English is not enough for the staff.

We came to relax and just enjoy the beach and this facility is the best place for families looking just that + Villa with private swimming pool . We have never stayed in such facility Breakfast was amazing − Nothing really except the surrounding environment. I think south areas like Sunset town is more lively

It was good location but property can do better + Property was good and accessible location − Very old furnitures and room smelled too old And staff didn’t clean the rooms and dustbins and after multiple calls made they still haven’t done it completely. Towels were not changed and replaced and toilet flush were not working

إقامة ممتازة من جميع النواحي، وأنصح بشدة بـ Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc لما يتميز به من فلل رائعة وخدمة ممتازة وموظفين + كانت تجربتي ممتازة من جميع النواحي. الفيلا كانت رائعة ومريحة ونظيفة، والموظفون كانوا في غاية الاحترام والاحترافية والتعاون. الخدمة بشكل عام كانت على مستوى عالٍ جدًا. حدث معي خطأ أثناء الدفع، حيث دفعت بالخطأ مبلغًا زائدًا يتجاوز 18,000 دولار أمريكي على قيمة إقامتي. لكن تعامل إدارة الفندق مع الموقف كان راقيًا واحترافيًا جدًا، وتعاونوا معي بشكل كامل، وتمت إعادة المبلغ بالكامل خلال بضعة أسابيع وفقًا للإجراءات البنكية. لذلك حتى هذا الموقف جعلني أقدّر مستوى تعامل الفندق وحرصه على ضيوفه
