Passable + Piscine et plage Localisation Certains membres du personnels La nourriture − Unfortunately, the main negative point of our stay was the reception experience and the general lack of personalised five-star service. We arrived with three young children and a large amount of luggage, in the rain, and nobody came outside to welcome us or help us. We had to unload the luggage ourselves, and I even slipped on the wet entrance steps. This was a very disappointing first impression for a five-star hotel. Shortly afterwards, we were asked to return to reception for additional Booking.com and credit-card checks, followed by repeated requests regarding payment for an extra bed. We fully understand that hotels have security and payment procedures, but the way these procedures were handled made us feel distrusted rather than welcomed. Entspannter Kurzurlaub auf Phu Quoc. + Wunderschöne Anlage mit langem und schönem bewachten Strandabschnitt, gutem Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Freundliches Personal und guter Service. − Leider konnten wir den privaten Pool nicht nutzen, da direkt darüber ein Baum mit dicken Früchten stand. Diese fielen in unregelmäßigen Abständen direkt in den Pool und hätten einen schwer treffen können.
