La ville est agréable + La consigne de bagages compte tenu que nous sommes arrivés tôt et que la chambre était disponible à 14h − Le fait de donner une caution pour avoir un parapluie, la lumière du balcon qui ne fonctionne pas, l’odeur de la marijuana jusqu’à la chambre au vue des magasins aux alentours et l’insonorisation à revoir

+ Hotel is in the perfect location. Right in the most active part of Chiang Mai yet also peaceful enough for a good nights sleep. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely. − The shower in my room was very poor.

CP值高 + 房間雖然不大但也不小，能夠滿足我們兩大一小。 地點很棒，高樓層的景觀還不錯， 走路附近就有7-11可以採購，早上附近也很多餐廳可以吃。 服務人員隨時笑臉迎人很親切。 − 附近的餐廳夜晚會唱歌到10點多，有時候搖滾有時候輕音樂， 雖然透過窗戶傳進來的聲音不大，但很介意的人可能要注意， 或是請飯店安排比較安靜的房型。

3eme séjour au Chada Mantra + 3eme séjour, rien à dire, Super emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville, piscine agréable, chambre propre. Le lit est géant !! − Petit bémol concernant l'isolation des rideaux, si vous êtes des lèves tard c'est compliqué. Pas de coffre mais c'est précisé dans les équipements.

Soggiorno piacevole nel complesso, ma purtroppo un inconveniente gestito con poca attenzione ha lasciato un’impressione + La camera era molto piccola, ma considerando che si tratta di una struttura in stile montagna, è una cosa che ci può stare e che non ho trovato particolarmente problematica. Nel complesso, la tipologia della camera era coerente con il contesto dell’hotel. − La cosa che mi ha lasciata più perplessa è stata la gestione di un inconveniente che ci è capitato durante il soggiorno. Un giorno siamo andati a fare il bucato in una lavanderia del paese e, una volta rientrati, abbiamo utilizzato lo stendino che ci era stato fornito dall’hotel sul balcone. Una volta asciutti i vestiti, ci siamo accorti che il colore dello stendino si era trasferito sulle nostre magliette, macchiandole. Siamo quindi andati in reception per segnalare il problema. Non ci aspettavamo necessariamente che l’hotel ci rimborsasse le magliette, ma ci saremmo aspettati almeno un minimo di attenzione e …

Locatie was top en niet duur, maar voor de rest geen aanrader + De locatie: zeer centraal gelegen in het oude deel van Chiang Mai, veel restaurantjes en barretjes in de buurt, heel levendig. − Personeel/service en onze kamer (bedden) - zeer harde matrassen, erg verouderde kamer (we hadden familiekamer). Badkamer was wel prima! Onthaal was niet erg hartelijk en weinig service (we vroegen om de Laundry service, maar was precies al te veel gevraagd, hebben onze plan getrokken met een wasserijtje in de buurt)
