A happy Eurana customer. TV + The staff was friendly and very helpfull. Especially Nut and Pond in reception. They were arranged that we could stay in the same room when we extended our stay and as hospitality representitives performed excellent. Location was perfect in the old city and the pool was clean. Housekeeping was above average with Kham Naunt doing extra with folding of our clothes and towels to make us feel extra welcome. Even the lady at the laundromat at the hotel folded our washing and kept it for us when we washed our clothes but could not wait for it to dry. I would definitely visit again if I ever have the privilege of visiting Chang Mai again. − The opening and closing of doorlocks in the hotel is very loud and wakes you up at night. Nothing else. Everything was good.

Un très bon moment dans un bel hôtel. + J'ai aimé l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Les chambres tres belle et très propre, la piscine à disposition et le fait que le personnel nous a gardé nos affaires durant notre trek.

+ De kamers waren heel schoon zelden heb ik ze zo schoon meegemaakt, denk nieuw. Elke dag werd je kamer verzorgt niet normaal wat een mooie kamer. Complimenten !! − Wat me helaas tegen viel is dat ze aan het verbouwen zijn waardoor je een andere ingang moet nemen dus aan de buitenkant ziet het er niet uit. Maar dit had booking.com moeten vermelden denk ik!

Molt be l hotel però no tingueu diners a la targeta perquè cobren doble!!!!! + Vigileu cobren doble !!!! No tingueu a la targeta diners !!! A nosaltres ens han fastidiat el viatge!!!! 366€ cobrats doble!!!! L hotel esta be es net, es nou, habitacio amplia, llits còmodes, dutxa amb aigua calenta, aigua cada dia , ascensor, nevera, tovalloles netes cada dia − Ens han cobrat dues vegades l import de l estada, el dia que vam arribar i també el dia que vam marxar, quan ja estàvem ben lluny. Diuen que retornen els diners, disculpes i que ho senten molt l error però encara no he rebut l import cobrat doble. La Visa esta esperant la seva resposta des de fa 10 dies per tornar me els diners i no els hi donen l okey per retornar els diners. Booking tampoc es fa càrrec , m han dit que ja li han dit a l hotel que m ho retornin
