Could’ve been bette + The staff member who helped us with our luggage was very helpful and kindly brought our luggage up to our room. − Unfortunately, our experience with the reception staff was disappointing. We were a family of three but were only given one key card, which was inconvenient. We also received very little information about the hotel or our stay. The cleanliness was another major concern. There were bugs/insects all over the bathroom, and the clean towels had an unpleasant smell. Overall, these issues made our stay less comfortable than we expected.

Extremely good value. + The property and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Even the daily room make up is brilliant compared to other hotels. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist with any enquiry or recommendation − The hotel is a considerable distance from Bangkok.
