Amazing place close to airport, will return! + Great location close to airport for early flights. Enormous property with excellent facilities, top restaurant food, outstanding massage, swimming pools, eclectic cultural art collections throughout.

+ An amazing set up - I had a 1am flight with 5 year old twin boys travelling on my own (a big relocation from Thailand to London), and the pool was perfect piece of last day fun / and the staff were so kind in helping me get my boys to the airport and to check in

Skønt sted at være inden flyafgang, storslåede bygninger og dejlig pool. Vi havde poolvilla hvor vi desværre så en rotte + Dejligt sted tæt på lufthavnen, så fint til nogle timer inden flyafgang. Dejlig pool hvor man kunne ligge og se flyene lande i lufthavnen. − Meget larm fra fly, ville have svært ved at sove der. Syntes der er lidt rodet ved indgangen. Lidt mærkelig blanding af kunst i receptionen virker rodet.

Katastrophe! + Das Frühstück schien mir alt. Würstchen hatten keinen Geschmack und waren farblos, wahrscheinlich tagelang im Wasser gelegen. Wir alle sind mit Magen-Darm-Krankheiten nach Hause gekommen, nachdem wir uns im Resort verpflegt haben. Ich weiss nicht, wieviel Sterne dieses Resort hat. Aber mehr als 1 kann es nicht sein. Dazu der Fluglärm.... nein, Preis-Leistung passt überhaupt nicht zusammen. Ich rate jedem davon ab und empfehle, sich für diesen Preis nach etablierten Hotels umzusehen. − alles

Someone Else's Dream that Fell Short + We like the staff − Didn't like the swimming pool because of the sharp rocks underfoot between shallow & deep ends of pool. To step into swimming pool we needed to step onto sharp uncomfortable pointing rocks underwater. With each step it was uncomfortable until we ether went into shallow or deeper pools. Chemical imbalance caused great discomfort to eyes, ouch very uncomfortable caused pain to our eyes. Too much clutter scattered around & difficult to keep everything clean & looks disorganized. We spent two nights, after 1st night room service was never offered until we booked out, no more water, zero contact from front desk. The only window in our bedroom that was covered by a curtain that couldn't be opened covered a dirty window. Floors totally sloped & noticeable inclines. The staff are very pleasant & would do anything for you but unfortunately the buildings & compound is too much for proper care & maintenance. For a 5 star hotel, br…

Perfect place for families with amazing apparents and luxury service + I wish I could give this hotel more than 10. We stayed here the night before flying home with 4 kids. We had a 1am flight so needed somewhere to keep everyone occupied. The place looks like a fairy tale village, it’s stunning. The rooms are massive, really fancy, and so unique. The staff were amazing - from welcome massages to taking you to 7/11 whenever you wanted nothing was a problem at all. We checked out at 12 and spent the day by the pool with the kids, such a good choice as there’s everything you need. − Nothing at all!

The most unusual hotel I have stayed in. + Staff where very helpful − It’s is a huge property that is old and tired and cluttered with statues, painting and other stuff. It is mostly deserted very few people around. Breakfast was terrible.
