The only thing about my stay that the pool was not available + Everything was good and the staff are fantastic − There isn’t anything I disliked

+ Location is fantastic. Staff were great. − Rooms are not soundproof, I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Saying that, my friend that stayed on the other side was fine, so I would suggest requesting a room on the southern side of the hotel (facing away from Bangla Road). Also the pool is being renovated right now, so you might want to ask if it's finished. But we walked up to another resort and used their pool.
