Superbe + La gentillesse du personnel − Petit bémol pour la musique de la piscine qui est toujours la même alors qu’aujourdhui il existe des centaines de milliers de listes musicales !!!

Disappointing experience – I would not recommend this hotel − We booked Tony Resort for 1 adult and 2 children for 7 days / 6 nights for approximately 10,700 THB. Due to unexpected family circumstances, we stayed only one night and moved to another hotel where my husband was staying. I contacted Tony Resort and politely asked whether they could consider refunding at least part of the unused nights as a gesture of goodwill. I fully understood that our booking was non-refundable, but I hoped they might show some flexibility considering that five nights would remain unused. Unfortunately, they declined both a full and partial refund and were not willing to offer any alternative solution. That said, having actually stayed at the property, I would also like to share my experience with the hotel itself. We were given Room 114, the last ground-floor room. + Bed was comfortable. The pool was great. The staff were great. − When we arrived to our room, the floors were dirty, there were dust bunnies around the furniture, the shower area looks dreadful, there was a bad water leak coming up through the tiles.

Lopen Ontbijt was ook goed kon een gezonde start van de dag maken − Visa betaling via booking werd niet geaccepteerd i.v.m. zoals ik het heb begrepen scammers die via booking actief zouden zijn Moest dus het verblijf (14 nachten) contant neerleggen Verder geen enkel commentaar is ook goed afgewikkeld geworden jammer alleen dat je ineens een bom baht lichter bent en vervolgens nieuwe baht moet pinnen waar andere koste aan vast hangen je verliest dus geld als klant
