Not the best experience + Pool and bedroom − No service at the pools boot,renovation with noise starting in morning while accommodating guests should be more under vision for wellness of guests,this a must in an 5 stars guest is 1st priority.

ثاني مره اسكن فيه وماراح تتكرر + هذي ثاني مره اسكن فيه بس للاسف هالمره خيبوا ظني − من اول يوم للاسف طلع علينا وزغ كبير كانه ولد التمساح ودخل في فتحة النت في السقف بالمنتجع الشاليه اللي ساكنين فيها بلغناهم ماسووا شيء ولا غيروا شاليهنا ولاشيء حتى تعامل الموظفين عند الدخول ماكان فيه سلاسه دفعونا قيمة شخصين للعلم انا مبلغتهم قبل في الحجز وكاتبه العدد لان حجزي لخمسه اشخاص وشخص اضافي وكل شيء كان موضح لهم بالححز بس كان فيه سوء وعدم سلاسه بالموضوع صراحة وزائد انه بعيد عن كل شيء ومتعب الطريق في الروحة والجية ومااتوقع اني راح احجز فيه بعد كذا للاسف

The best Hotel in Bangtao beach Phuket + Last Saturday, on Switzerland’s National Day, we had the pleasure of attending the celebration at Mövenpick Bangtao Beach Phuket. We also decided to spend the night at the resort, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our Private Pool Villa was absolutely beautiful. The warm and elegant interior design created a truly relaxing atmosphere, while the peaceful surroundings and stunning lagoon views made our stay even more memorable. Every member of the staff was exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and professional, making us feel genuinely well cared for throughout our visit. The resort is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sea with ease whenever we wished. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay, offering an impressive variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Without a doubt, our experience exceeded our expectations, and we are already looking forward to returning …

Incredible family getaway! + We had such a lovely 5 nights here with the family. Absolutely loved our pool suite, especially sitting outside and watching the amazing sunsets in the evening! We weren’t so lucky with the weather unfortunately, so didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked.. but we still had a great time around the resort and by the pool. A special mention to Orly at the pool who was an absolute joy! Always smiling, making us lovely drinks and bringing fresh coconuts. Also really enjoyed the kickboxing with Oat, great fun and something a bit different! Overall a really relaxing family getaway, lovely people and lots of good memories. We’ll definitely miss those sunsets!

Such a lovely and peaceful stay + We had such a lovely time here with the family. The resort is really peaceful and relaxing, which we loved. It never felt crowded and was just a nice place to slow down and enjoy a few days together. We spent lots of time by the pool and really enjoyed the location. Bang Tao is beautiful and everything around Laguna is easy to reach. The kickboxing was also great fun! We really enjoyed doing something a little different and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. But what we enjoyed most was just the feeling of the place. Very relaxed, friendly people and everyone made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would definitely come back again
