+ Gym − Es ist ein sehr lautes Hotel voll mit schreienden Kinder. Die Zimmer in teils hässlichen Betonbauten. Ich bin daher nach einer Nacht abgereist, das Personal reagierte mir mit "Hm ok. Sie bekommen aber kein Geld zurück". Dann weigerte sie sich eine Rechnung auszustellen.

Exceptional holiday! + We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely thanks to the fantastic on-site service. The team constantly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. In particular, the food and beverage team, led by Khun Sathit, was incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile. A special thank you to Chef Ajay, Oak, Aom, Na, Smile, Toh, Tidtee, Ying and several other team members for their outstanding hospitality! − Our only minor critique was that the pre-arrival communication lacked a personal, welcoming touch and at times felt transactional. However, this was completely resolved the moment we stepped onto the property and experienced the team's genuine warmth.

+ This was truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the incredible friendliness of the staff, the exceptional cleanliness, and, of course, the amazing food. We stayed for 13 days and honestly, we still didn’t manage to try everything on the menu! Biw made our stay absolutely spectacular. She is a true asset to the hotel and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. She was always checking in on us, and her genuine care and kindness made such a difference to our experience. I have a serious food allergy, and the two chefs from Elements were absolutely wonderful. They personally came out to speak with me, made sure I always had plenty of safe options to eat, and took the time to explain the different dishes on the buffet.
