The poolside access rooms and the warm, caring staff make this hotel a wise choice. + The room was very spacious and confortable. The bathroom was massive with bright lighting, a makeup stool, and a large shower. Our poolside access room had very comfortable outside chairs and small steps to get in and out of the pool (perfect for young children or older adults. The pool was excellent and included a swim up bar. All of the staff we met were very warm and friendly. − The hotel could benefit from a fine dining restaurant. The main restaurant (Nest) was nice but set up for a large number of diners. The restaurant overlooking the sea was quite plain and lacked ambiance. We had hoped this would be a fine dining experience, but sadly it was just mediocre.

+ Un très bel accueil, personnel souriant et très professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varie tous les jours c'est très appréciable. Il y a des activités pour les petits comme pour les grands. De même qu'un kids club bien aménagé. Plage privée bien entretenue avec aménagement et bar. Cours de yoga au coucher du soleil, que je recommande. Très bel hôtel sur Khao Lak avec des chambres spacieuses et une superbe literie. N'hésitez pas à y séjourner, vous ne le regretterez pas! Encore merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil avec une mention spéciale au service de ménage.

+ Amazing hotel with all what you need. Plenty of options for meals, very clean and comfortable rooms, kids were extremely happy with all options available for them. Location is good. We staid there when low season, and having a hotel like this for so affordable price is excellent. − Nothing.

+ שהינו בחדר עם גישה לבריכה. מדהים! ריזורט מפנק ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. שולחנות סנוקר, פינג פונג, קלאב לילדים. − אין במרחק הליכה מהמלון שום דבר קרוב.

Très bel hôtel dans un endroit calme + L hôtel est bien entretenu, les chambres sont agréables et les piscine magnifiques, il y a une salle de jeux arcade dans le mini club et des jeux libres(billard, table de ping pong,échec, puissance 4) ainsi qu un trampoline…le petit déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. − Rien ne m’a déplu, je recommande cet hôtel

+ อาหารเช้า ความสะอาดในห้องพัก และห้องดี − เสียงพูดคุยคนเดินผ่านหน้าห้องดังมาก ประตูไม่เก็บเสียง มีเช้าวันนึ่งมีเสียงกดอ้อดแต่เปิดมาไม่มีใคร เราจองไปล่วงหน้า ประมาณ 3เดือน และ 6 วัน แต่ห้องที่ได้คือไม่มีความสงบเลย

Great for a short break away from it all. + Breakfast was fabulous. 24 7 gym was great. − Noise during current renovations. Oil slick on beach. would have been helpful if there was an attendant at the gym. apart from the staff at checkin, there is room for improvement for spoken English by the other staff.

リラックスできました。３泊４日の飲食費用がオールインクルーシブ設定でコスパ最強でした。 + 大人も子供もゆっくりとシンプルに楽しめる施設でした。朝食の種類は多すぎて３泊ではカバーしきれなかった。ランチとディナーは空いていて他のお客様はホテルの外に出かけているようだった。私たちは殆どホテルからは出ませんでした。朝食、昼食、夕食、すべておいしかった。カクテルの種類は多くておしゃれできれいでとても楽しめました。雨季の９月上旬の宿泊でしたがきれいなサンセットやさわやかな朝の海辺を楽しめることも時折あり、満足でした。沖合の海からホテルに向かってくる積乱雲はヒヤッと冷たいダウンバーストを露払いのように吹き付け、続いてバケツをひっくり返したようなスコールを降らせ、これが１日に３回くらい発生し、その合間には強い日差しが照り付け、メリハリのある楽しい毎日を過ごせました。 − オールインクルーシブで宿泊したが、メキシコのカンクンのハイアットと比較するとあか抜けていない面やレストランの種類の少なさやエンターテイメントの少なさを感じた。静かなのは良いが、３泊が限界かな？ベッドの上の敷布団に不適切なにおいがあり、交換してもらった。
