+ החדרים היו מעולים. חדרים מרווחים. מזרונים וכריות מאד מאד נוחות. מתגים חשמל ותקשורת חדשים − המתקנים של המלון לא טובים. המלון היה תחת שיפוץ. היה המון רעש בשהייה בבריכה או במקומות הציבוריים של המלון וגם בישיבה במרפסת של החדר לא היה נעים בגלל הרעש של השיפוצים. בנוסף, בגלל התכנון הלקוי של המלון יש מרחקי הליכה מאד גדולים שפוגעים בחוויה. כל פעם שרוצים להיכנס או לצאת מהמלון הולכים הרבה מאד ברגל. לא כיף

Wonderful + We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Everything made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again! − There was some noise during the early morning hours, and we could hear it while we were sleeping.

Great hotel in Patong + Amazing hotel very close to the main part of Patong. Highly recommended! We also got upgraded to be in front of the pool, amazing experience. − There was work during our stay, but we weren't impacted by the noise.

Premium Stay at Patong Beach + The location was exceptional! In the heart of Patong beach front area. Plenty of shops, restaurants, beach activities and more. There was 3 pools, and the main pool had Timmy's Bar which every wednesday and saturday from 1pm to 5pm there will be a foam bubble party and bbq. The 3rd pool at the villa area was great for families. Room service was great, food was good! Breakfast has one of the best spreads as well, so many choices. Everyday you get to try new dishes. Staff was very helpfull as well and super friendly. − The pillows i think are too soft. Should have 1 hard pillow and 1 soft pillow to balance it out at least.
