− أنا أقيم في هذ الفندق من اكثر من 7 سنوات ونصحت كل من اعرف بالحجز فيه وفعلا الكل كان ممتن في هذا الفندق والموظفون كانوا ودودين والاستقبال كان جدا متعاون لكن هذي المره بعد ما تغيرت الاداره التعامل في الاستقبال صار جدا سيء والموظفون يستخدمون أسلوب الصراخ وعدم المبالاه والعنصريه أنا اتكلم عن فندق حجزت فيه اكثر من 20 مره في غضون 7 سنوات ولهذا السبب اعتب على المعامله ل بي لهذا الفندق وهذا ليس كلامي فقط اغلب اللذين نصحتهم في هذا الفندق يأيدون كلامي

I dont recommend to any of my friends to stay there , you can get better value and service for same + Only thing I like about this hotel was location , very good from central streets , especially in patong , also good facilities in the hotel like spa and pool. − 1) In our first day , we were waiting for the stuff to come back so that we could put our luggages to the luggage room , but it took about 20 minutes to do so , when you are just landed from long trip , it matters a lot . 2) Rooms were not clean in my perception, dusts on the floor, tables are dusty. Room has not pleasant smell . 3) when we had a breakfast , staff is coming to put the rate of 5 star in trip advisor or other services , they just approach and tell you to put 5 star , putting you in the non convinient situation. 4) Staff at the lobby is worse, especially 2 man in the front , when I asked to get help with the lugagges they rolled up their eyes and making jokes to each other

انصح فيه + الموقع جميل بعيد عن الازعاج والشارع الرئيسي قريب من المحلات وتاجير الدبابات − ان الاسعار تختلف بين يوم والثاني

شكراً حبيت الفندق وبرجع فيه اكيد + المكان في نص الباتونج والعرب كلهم هناك 😅 والفندق ماشاءالله كلهم من دول الخليج .. وواسع ونظيف − بوفيه الريوق الصراحه ماكان فيه تنوع ومافيه اجبان استغربت من هالشي ..ياليت يهتمون في موضوع الريوق للعرب المسلمين .

+ الفندق جميل بشكل عام ... اولا نبداء بالسلبيات .. المعاملة سيئة جداا بصراحة وهذا الشي ما ينعكس عن سكان بوكيت ، بداية من اول ما عملنا تسجيل دخول الى الاسلوب الوقح وعدم التعاون اجبرني اكتفي بيومين وانتقل لمكان آخر. اللفت ما يغنيك عن الدرج لانه كل طابق به اررتفاعات مختلفة ما بينايب اللي ما يحب السلالم ، الفندق نظيف ولكن وجدت باب دورة المياه مكسور . ايجابيات ...موقع مناسب للي يحب الهدوء ويوجد خدمات مناسبة بالقرب منه مثلا غسيل وكي الملابس، المساج ، محلات سفن اليفن . يوجد بالفندق مرافق جميلة حوض سباحة كبير، صالة رياضة ، مطعم .
