I'd like to give a special shoutout to Mr. Jibin Bro, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. His exceptional hospitality, helpful nature, and attention to detail truly made a difference. The resort's location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to Patong Beach, markets, and local attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable amenities. WORST EVER STAY + We recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. The water was extremely dirty, making it impossible for us to take a bath. When we contacted the front desk, Mr. Jibin informed us that the issue did not fall under their responsibility and advised us to reach out to the agent, MakeMyTrip. What will MakeMyTrip will do to resolve the water issue. not sure if they will send some plumbers to fix that. No action was taken to resolve the problem. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Service & Staff Issue + • Slow responses to complaints. My Friends say that when they reported room problems (leaks, plumbing etc.), staff took a long time to fix or did not properly resolve the issue. • Sometimes staff are seen as unhelpful or not proactive. Relaxing time away! + I had not been here before and booked it due to the great pricing and pics. The service was very good. Jibin the main contact could not have been more hospitable. Every time we saw him he made sure we had everything we needed for our few weeks we were there. It was like you knew him as a friend for years. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. You can walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores. The breakfast was included in the stay. It was suitable with many options for a person who isn’t a breakfast person. The cleaning staff were respectful and attentive. Never an issue of worry. The resort is secluded by itself from the main traffic of cars and pedestrians making it quiet and a feeling of being off somewhere special even though you can walk to many places.

AVOID – Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! + I booked this place for 12 nights and ended up checking out four nights early because the conditions were genuinely unacceptable. I’ve travelled a lot, and this was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve had. Even after changing rooms, both were unsanitary and completely unfit to stay in. We found rat droppings on the floor, and later actually saw a rat inside the room. The bath water ran brown, the bath and shower were dirty, and housekeeping didn’t change the bedsheets – they were literally flipping them over instead. Towels weren’t replaced, the “cleaning” was limited to emptying bins, and several fixtures such as taps and cupboards were loose or broken. When I requested clean bedding, I was told none were available until the following day. There were persistent fly and ant infestations, no hand wash provided (we were actually told to use shower gel), the air conditioner only blew warm air, and the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, …

Throughout the stay, we faced continuous issues with locking the room door, and had to leave the keys at reception every time. The chair provided was also wobbly and unsafe. At checkout, we were unfairly charged 200 THB for a pillow cover stain that was already present and clearly old. We do not carry or use hair dye, as claimed by the staff. When we raised this concern, the response at reception was dismissive. Being charged for pre-existing damage feels unfair and unprofessional. Please ensure this does not happen to future guests. Good time + I stayed here for 3 nights. Over all everything were good. Good room with good view. Delicious breakfast. And if the booking is for 1 person for the extra person they do charge 1000THB with breakfast which is reasonable and acceptable. We really had good time. Thanks to Naina Resort and Spa Team.

Big no again + Only outlook pic is good. Price was not less, very unhyegenic washrooms, lots of mosquitoes, breakfast spread was good but not hyegenic, location - anywhere you want to go and come back - always need to hire taxi 300-400 bhat. A C are small as per room size, so needs 6-7 hours to cool the rooms. Staff - Suman was helpful.

Avoid at all costs + We arrived here despite reading the terrible reviews - that was our first mistake. To keep it short and sweet, the room was filthy, the water was dark yellow, the air conditioning didn’t work. We overlooked all this and stayed the first night only to get 3 hours sleep. All night, and I mean from 11pm to 4am there was shouting, screaming and banging from the corridors to the point we went out and challenged them. It turned out it wasn’t one room, it was multiple rooms of different parties and was clearly the norm to just run riot disturbing everyone else. We left 1 night into our 3 night stay and were promised a refund from the staff on reception. Did we ever receive a reply to the refund email? Of course not. Do yourself a favour - swerve this dump.

It is not suitable even for budget travelers. + Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience – Do Not Book We are a travel agency from Sri Lanka, and we booked a Deluxe Room at Naina Resort for a honeymoon couple. From the moment they arrived, the experience was extremely disappointing. The guests shared a video of the room, and it looked like a basic guesthouse, not a resort. There were serious issues, including air conditioning not working properly, damaged doors, poor cleanliness, bathroom plumbing problems, and even electrical leakage concerns. We immediately contacted the hotel and requested to change the room or provide an upgraded room. However, there was no proper response. The guest also informed the hotel, and they only sent a worker to fix the door temporarily, without addressing the overall condition of the room. Spacious , food was lovely but above all that the staff couldn't have done enough they were amazing funny kind helpful and attentive we are so happy we are coming back next year . Perfect Stay + A fantastic hotel with outstanding staff who can't do enough for you. Krisp is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent with a large choice and chef on hand to cook your eggs. Amazing views and walks for an authentic Thailand experience. There's a beautiful coffee shop and bakery on site with very friendly staff. The room was airy, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend
