− This was our most uncomfortable night of a two week trip. The room was so unbelievably hot there was no way to sleep. The fan provided did not work in one of our rooms and there was no one to contact.

A simple breakfast should be included but instead we’re reprimanded for sitting at an ‘eating only’ table when we had a + Style, comfort, facilities, drinks in fridge and view − Doors to toilet and shower do not close and shower head was broken. Not what you expect for such an expensive night stay

Good stay, pleasant team; please improve quality of room for comfort (mattress and fan) + Great staff, very helpful and nice. Breakfast is good. Terrace views are nice. − The rooms are ok, bed mattress was horrible, just a small table fan in the heat, please provide a tower fan at least. Communal kitchen is ok.

很不错 + 位置很好，离施皮茨火车站不远，出行方便。酒店有露台可以观湖景或者吃饭。房间挺干净。早餐挺多东西，面包咖啡果汁火腿鸡蛋酸奶。 − 想续一瓶水比较麻烦，需要到前台去续，但是晚上前台没有人。所以只能自己烧水，但是房间里没有烧水壶，需要用楼道里公用的水壶。

Vacanza relax... + Il relax, la posizione vicina alla stazione, la pulizia. − Il sistema wi fi che non sempre aveva copertura. Leggermente scomoda la posizione rispetto al lago e all'imbarco del traghetto (15 minuti in salita).
