Très bien + Hôtel très bien situé dans un joli village et au bord du lac. Accueil sympathique aussi bien à l’hôtel qu’au restaurant. Décorations des chambres à mettre au goût du jour.

キレイな湖畔の良きホテル！ + ・受付の女性の方が、お部屋までついてきてくれて、丁寧に案内してくれました。ありがとうございます。 ・ロケーションが良く、すぐにお舟にも乗れる！シュピーツ城も近くて良かったです！ ・息子がiPadを忘れてしまいましたが、チェックアウト後に、すぐに連絡があり、新設丁寧に教えてくれました。 ありがとうございます。 ・エアコンが無かったので暑かったですが、扇風機や冷風機が２個あったので、良かった！ − ・昼間は暑かった！ エアコン（冷房）がないのはスイスではしょうがなかったですが、 8/15 宿泊しましたが、暑かったです！ ・窓があって、夜は涼しかったですが、網戸があったのが１つだけで、虫がはいってきました。

+ 튠 호수가에 있는 호텔입니다. 인터라켄 서역에서 유람선을 타고 슈비츠에 내리자마자 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 융프라우요흐 하이킹 이후 호수 주변 호텔인 리베라에서 쉬었는데 너무 좋은 선택이었습니다. 호텔 아래에 있는 레스토랑에서 저녁식사(불포함)를 하고 다음날 아침 맑은 공기와 맑은 하늘과 일출은 호수가에서의 아침식사를 더욱 풍성하게 해주었습니다. − .

Stunningly beautiful location and good facilities with welcoming staff and free parking + This is such a beautiful property! The name 'Riviera' is totally appropriate as we felt like we were in St. Tropez!! Located right on the lakeside, adjacent to marinas and Spiez Castle and an old church, the hotel is a classic waterside property with its own Italian Restaurant and extensive decking area for eating/drinking & soaking up the sun. Although our room didn't have a waterside view, it was functionally OK and very quiet. And - importantly - it had a kettle! The warm welcome from the hotel manager was especially appreciated in these days of faceless electronic check-ins, passwords and remote access. − Can't think of anything we didn't like!
