Unhelpful and dodgy! + Hotel double booked my booking and told me I had to call hotels.com and cancel! You messed up, you should've told me before hand! They then gave me another room which was smaller than the room I booked at the same price. They then charged me additional fees for cleaning which I wasn't informed about. After kicking up a fuss about the smaller room they knocked the price down on the cleaning charge but still had to pay a bit. Also, the place is a nightmare to find as they have no signs! The reception is on the 10th floor of block e, (you're welcome).

False hotel name + This establishment should never be listed on any hotel sites. Extremely poor condition to find reception area, which is separate from actual room. Overall there was never a hotel named "Pacific Lodge"

Cheap and good + Staff were helpful and accommodating. Truly. I booked on the wrong day but they amended things without fuss. I was out til 3am and had no trouble getting in and getting an extra blanket. I got good advice about buying luggage and they stored my baggage whilst I did this

+ People should be directed to check in on Floor 10 between Block D and Block E. Google Maps has the address wrong as Floor 17 Block C. Nobody came to clean my room. The bathroom door was spring-loaded and would not stay closed. There are 50 "hotels" in this building, Pacific Lodge is not one any signs, making it difficult to navigate when you first arrive.
