Overall, it is a good stay for 1 day and if you are looking for a cheap stay. I would not stay here if I need more than + It is cheap and the location is good. It is in the Ortigas Central Business District. − The soundproofing is bad, you can hear road and outside noise. The lights in the rooms and hallways are too dim.

Lication is good but a lot can be done to improve the infrastructure. the rooms are not in good con + I didn’t experience breakfast at hop inn.. customer service was excellent. − The rooms were very dirty and had bad smells. I had no hot water in my room.

Good value and a perfect location, but a frustrating experience with the night staff and slow internet + Great location and good value for money − The internet was incredibly slow during our stay. To make matters worse, my sister accidentally left her key card and IDs in the room. When she approached the front desk last Saturday night, the staff refused to let her use the elevator because they claimed they couldn't verify her identity. What is the point of collecting our IDs and information at check-in if the staff can't use it to verify a guest in an emergency?

大きな問題はないホテル + ゴキブリが出なかったこと。1階にセブンイレブンがあるので、食べ物に困ることはありません。味は別として。 − 換気扇が動いていないのか、シャワーを浴びた後、部屋中が結露して床も壁もベタベタになりました。布団や枕も常に湿っぽいです。でも、ゴキブリが出ないのは本当によかった。雨が振っていると、モールまで行くのが億劫になる距離です。ボトルに入った水はありません。ただタンクに入った水がエレベーターホールにあるので大きな問題ではなかったです。冷蔵庫もありません。冷やすべきものがなかったので特に困りませんでしたが、冷蔵庫が必要なら別のホテルがおすすめです。
