We felt very well looked after 🥰 + It had everything we needed , rooms were spacious and clean , it was the last night of our honeymoon and they gave us complimentary access to the lounge and also complimentary buffet breakfast our room was also presented beautifully to wish us a congratulations on our wedding 😊 − Nothing

+ Great food, good location, comfy room with nice tub − Tedious check-in. Booking wasn't found at first, then they insisted the room wasn't paid yet, despite me showing credit card statement and email confirmation of payment. Rooms are just ok, nothing special at all, not spacious. Definitely not worth 16k pesos without breakfast. No nice view, literally nothing in the room. I was shocked when I saw the interior. Cherry on top, valet lost my car keys, I kid you not. Waited 90 minutes after checkout to hear they found them on parking deck #2, whatever that .means. No proper apology, no free lunch nothing. Definitely not coming back. Much better hotel with nicer and bigger rooms nearby for a 100$ less. Thumbs down from us to Westin.

I would stay again. + Everything, lovely staff, big room, all good − Location, but that’s my fault, l didn’t realise it was in the business district. Brilliant if you’re doing business there.

It's always hard to make important family milestones special without you personally being there but Westin Manila's level of service kept surprising me every step of the way as I plan my mom's birthday. Their attention to detail, their prompt replies, their conscious effort to remember your requests and execute them well - I would say makes for a strong reason why it's worthwhile to choose this hotel. The warmth of Filipino hospitality married with Westin's brand made for a truly memorable experience for me and my family. From Reservations to the Concierge, Housekeeping, and Front desk - everyone was just great. Thank you again, Westin Manila.
