Pricy for what it is. Good views,location + Location, cleanliness, views − Fantastically expensive for what it is . Appreciate that is the general level in Interlaken but even then it seens overpriced. For £400+ a night, it didn’t even include a breakfast.

We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and they made it very rememberable. + The location and view are out of this world. The breakfast you get with your stay has everything and more to eat. My highlight was the top of the met restaurant on the top floor. We ate there the first night and thought it was costly but the food was awesome and hot. After eating at other restaurants in Interlaken we soon realized our restaurant had a little better prices but way better food. And like I said it has the best view in interlaken. As you sit there you can watch the parasailing landing at the park across the road. The staff were so gracious and kind. − Switzerland is pricey, so it could always be a little cheaper.

A fantastic hotel made even more special by its exceptional staff and outstanding service! + I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Metropole Interlaken and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Interlaken. The hotel itself was wonderful — the room was very clean, comfortable and cosy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect, making it very easy to explore everything Interlaken has to offer. However, what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. The entire reception team and hotel staff were fantastic — genuinely friendly, welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your needs and requests. You really feel that the team cares about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. A special mention absolutely has to go to Avani at reception. She has such an amazing personality and a genuinely positive energy that is almost contagious. She is always smiling, warm, …

Highly recommend + The hotel is in tbe perfect location, just a 5-minute walk away from Interlaken West station. The view from the rooms is absolutely amazing. The hotel is modern and clean, and the room spacious. − Quite expensive for a 4-star hotel but this is Switzerland, I expected high prices.
