+ Location is perfect, freshly renovated room and the staff were wonderfull. Warm welcome at reception, really enageged housekeeping team and also the team in the restaurant was great. − There is only a small detail. The general interior of the hotel could do with a bit of an update, the decor in the entrance hall, for instance, hasn't changed for a very long time (somwhere around the 80s) and now feels a bit dated.

Excelente hotel + O hotel é incrível é como se hospedar em um Palácio. A cama é muito confortável. O café da manhã é muito bom. Mas de tudo, com certeza o melhor é o serviço. Em todos os setores do hotel as pessoas atendem com um sorriso no rosto sempre dispostas a ajudar da melhor forma possível. O gerente ds recepção é excepcional sempre preocupado com o bem estar dos hóspedes, envolvido muito positivamente com seu trabalho. a Carla da equipe do café da manhã é maravilhosa, com um alto astral sempre disposta à ajudar. parabéns victoria jungfrau vocês são incríveis e tem uma equipe 100% incrível. − O preço poderia ser mais baixo.
