Terrible place smells + Parking lot is a mess. Hotel is disgusting and smells. − Hotel smells bad smells like cigarettes everywhere

Very enjoyable stay but need more staff on front desk and airport shuttle should be free. + Hotel was clean, comfortable and overall, good value for money. Food was ok - nothing to write home about but the wait staff were super friendly and helpful and made my son and I feel very welcome. My son and I also really enjoyed the pool and it was pretty cool to see the planes zooming overhead. − The only thing that I disliked and found very annoying was that the hotel was very busy and there was only ever one member of staff on the front desk, which meant a lot of standing around waiting. They need to have two or more staff on the desk when the hotel is fully booked and the conference centre is also busy. And , the 8 dollar airport shuttle was a bit much considering nearby hotels such as The Hilton provide a free service.

+ Das Frühstück im Hotel war ausgezeichnet und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das freundliche Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant: Sie merken sich bereits nach wenigen Tagen die persönlichen Vorlieben der Gäste (wie Saft, Wasser oder heiße Schokolade) und bedienen sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Lage ist für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp am Flughafen Toronto Pearson sehr praktisch und der Shuttlebus vom Flughafen zum Hotel fährt pünktlich zweimal pro Stunde (auf dem Hinweg Flughafen -> Hotel kostenlos). − Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eine enorme Enttäuschung. Bei einer Buchung für 4 Personen gab es täglich nur 3 Handtücher, 2 Pappbecher für 4 Kaffees/Tees und eine 50cl-Wasserflasche zum Teilen. Duschgel wurde tagelang nicht aufgefüllt. Erst nach einer Notiz auf der Karton-Rückseite des Blocks bekamen wir mehr Wasser – bei den Handtüchern gab es null Lerneffekt. Das Badezimmer war veraltet und unhygienisch: Flecken in der Wanne, klebrige Türen, getrocknetes Nasensekret am Duschvor…

Would not choose to come + Close to airport − The front desk staff today a woman with a white shirt and ponytail, sour face who was rude and obnoxious. Didn't smile at all and visibly unhappy. Unhelpful and condecending tone that just makes me so annoyed even now. I emailed the manager and did not hear back.

Very exceptional stay for the night we were there and easy check in and check out process. + The pool was great. The breakfast was very good. Using the key to use the elevator is a genius approach to keep undesired people from accessing your facility.
